We had 5 ladies in our group and didn't wait long for a table. Food and drinks were good. Server was polite and attentive. As senior citizens we were confused and uncomfortable with the touch screen unit for viewing our bills. This was first time at Red Robin for 3 of us.

Was my favorite burger spot, had the most horrible service, had been going there for years and they always made a certain burger for me even when not on the menu. Today was told No and then ordered another one with turkey and again was told no. She didn't even attempt to upsell me or charge me more which I never have a problem with. So, I just didn't eat anything. I sat there and watched my spouse eat.. horrible horrible horrible

My husband and I used to frequently order to-go from RR and almost every time, one of orders were messed up (asked for no mayo or tomato and it came slathered in mayonnaise) The last two times, we both had found long hairs in our burgers. That is two times in a row we both found hair mid-bite in our food. Disgusting. So we stopped ordering for a couple months and finally today decided to give it another try. Again, a burger came slathered in mayo and tomato after specifically requesting none, and my meal was missing side sauces. This location just seems to have no regard for good customer service and reading and comprehension skills. I have worked in food service and if a ticket says “no mayo, no tomato”, that means to not put any. Pretty self explanatory. Do better. Never going back, too many bad experiences.

Too expensive for what you get. Food is tasty, service was great. $40 + for 2 people for a simple lunch is crazy. No apps, no drinks, no desert. Should be half that for what we got

Service was so slow. The order was not delivered as requested in regard to veggies and cheese making the wait even worse. The server acted as if we were a bother and was condescending in manner and tone. She huffed and rolled her eyes when asked a question or told of the issue with the food. The place was very busy and my family and I understand that. The food took awhile but the burgers were served luke warm not hot and not as ordered. I’ve had better service at different Red Robbin’s many times. However, after a few trips here in Selinsgrove, this places customer service is very disappointing every time regardless of the time day or the crowd.

One of the only places my vegetarian wife with celiacs can get a full meal that isnt a salad with no croutons. The server was very friendly and the new burger with Bleu cheese was fantastic!

I enjoy Red Robin. I like the fries. It has good burger options. I just dislike very much how you have to pay an additional 5.99$ to swap for the impossible Burger. That's ridiculous!!!

Great food and fun family atmosphere. We got the value meal and really enjoyed the bottomless sides... Fun fact... You can get a different side each time so you don't have to just choose one and stick with it the whole time.

1 star. There was a strand of lettuce on my burger. Absolutely despicable act. The fact the there is lettuce in the establishment has to be some healthcode violation. I am very dissapointed, and won't forget this for years to come.

Menu doesn't have me any plain good old flavor that is not covered with other in items...no more plain fried chicken breast sandwich...alot of burgers but pricey and I am not paying for items I didn't want...other people may feel different but to me red robin is a burger place and it's drifting away from that

We visited Selinsgrove Red Robin and had one of the worst dining experiences imaginable. Our boneless chicken bites were served completely raw—not just undercooked, but raw, which we only discovered after one of us had already put it in their mouth and chewed it. That is a serious food safety hazard and could have and may still of made my wife extremely sick.

We left extremely unhappy and will be taking this further because this is beyond unacceptable. You should hope no one gets sick from eating here, because clearly the kitchen and management have no control over basic health standards.

Avoid this place until they learn how to properly cook food and treat customers with even a hint of responsibility.

I never have problems with the service and the food tastes good. The issues I have are with prices. A $5.99 upcharge to sub a Impossible patty. Over $20 for a burger/sandwich. It is absolutely ridiculous. Cant even just order the impossible burger and pay a little extra for onion straws and bbq sauce, they stopped doing that so we have to pay the full upcharge. I will not be going back to Red Robin anytime soon. Some people have allergies to meat and have to have the other option, STOP taking advantage to them.
