Food is good. Best of all smoking is allowed at bar area. Nice place for a smoke and a few drinks. Food available if you are hungry.

Enjoyed our first visit. We both had the fish. Wife had fried haddock sandwich and I had fish and chips. Both were crispy and moist on the inside.

I chose this hotel originally because the reviews were more positive than those for the chain hotels where we usually stay. That was a good decision--this place is amazing! I was originally apprehensive about the tech check-in, having read a poor review. But we had no problem, and the tech check-in proved to be a benefit. The best things about this place: it's smaller than a chain hotel and more like a country inn, so it's elegant, quiet and personal. The rooms are larger than a chain, CLEAN and comfortable and very well appointed. The furniture is upscale/classy. We were able to get a room with 2 separate sleeping areas each with its own queen bed and TV (think "snoring mitigation" :o), and the price was LESS than a single room/2 queen beds in a hotel chain! Once we stayed here once and met the great ladies running the place, we cancelled a Hilton reservation and rescheduled instead for here on our return trip. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we're in the area from now on.

When we arrived we were asked if we wanted a window seat. The service was pleasant and quick. The food came out quickly, piping hot, and was delicious. The prices were very reasonable.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to the door from the van accessible parking space out back.

This is the only place we try to stay when we come to visit our daughter at SU. Staff is excellent (special shout out to Maxine), rooms are clean and comfortable. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops downtown. We love it!

The room was gorgeous, the breakfast was great, very good coffee. Loved the jacuzzi tub, if I'm in the area again (went for a family wedding) I'll be staying here. Lots of shops and things to do, didn't see much of the area tho

Everything are amazing!!! Amazing STAFF(shoutOut to Samantha), quiet, spotless bedrooms, cute breakfast and lovely ambiance. We couldn't ask for more. Best memory we will keep! We hope for more wedding invitations in Selinsgrove and this will be our home for our stay!!!!

Check in was easy and I liked the fact that room access was done by entering a code which was the last 4 of my phone # so that was easy to remember. Housekeeping was spot on! The room was clean and fresh, great job! Breakfast was a disappointment. During our last stay they offered a wonderful egg bake. No longer available. The biggest disappointment was there was no milk! After opening a packet of cereal I looked for the milk. There was none. I informed the front desk attendant that the breakfast was out of milk and I was told that they had none. I never experienced that before in my worldly travels. So the cereal was trashed and replaced with a bagel and coffee. Stay again? Yes I would.

It felt like we were celebrities and like part of the family. Treated so warmly. Glass plates, glass drinking glasses and glass coffee cups. Our room was huge. Towels were thick and big. Room smelled and looked clean. Never heard other rooms. Sitting out on the veranda was a treat. Nice selection for breakfast. Don’t expect eggs, but we didn’t miss them. Maria was so friendly, kind and thoughtful the entire stay. Maxine was the very same. Staff was tops. Room was very clean. Plenty of parking in the back. We are returning again because of the warmth that staff gave us. They even have a small library. Foyer was like no other we have experienced before in our travels.

Do not book here! My wife and I booked a night here and they sent us door codes to enter the building and our room. There was not a single staff member at the building upon our arrival. We tried the provided door codes and could not even get into the building. We stood outside for an hour before we could even talk to someone by phone. When they finally answered the phone all they said was someone will call you back (as we stood outside for an hour until midnight) We had to find a different hotel to spend the night. The HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS two minutes up the road was very happy to help us out in our time of need (5 star rating on the customer service there!) We tried to call the next day and finally talked to a representative and we’re treated very rudely. They did not want to refund our payment for a reservation we couldn’t even access. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I’ve never experienced a hotel without any staff. It really makes me question the security of the guest as well. Customer service is on existing. If you are looking for a room in Selinsgrove I suggest the Holiday Inn or the Marriott across the street.

Wasn't there during hours of the kitchen being open, but the owners and staff are friendly and welcoming. A nice relaxing place to listen to music, enjoy conversation and play pool.
