We went there in the morning around 6:30 am on Halloween. Monica attended us . She is so sweet and welcoming. Usually people don’t want to talk and engage in the morning but her excitement and energy was awesome. She is an asset for this location! Thank you Monica for serving us !!! God bless you 🧡🧡🧡

Me & my husband went this morning around 8am and the woman who took our order was soooo SWEET!!! I don’t remember her name but she had blueish green hair & glasses. Super sweet!! She made my day!

This place is an absolute joke. There is one person there that knows what they're doing. I highly recommend getting from the one inside of Target across the parking. It'll will save you some aggravation and they do make the drinks just better overall. Also avoid the guy with the beanie that works here.

I stopped in to this Starbucks on August 18th to grab drinks for my friends and I because I haven't seen them in forever and wanted us to start off our days with our favorite drinks.
I waited at the register for a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me ,I wouldn't have minded normally, but I didn't know where to order my drinks and no one told acknowledge me and told me where I could. But two were just standing around.
I got three drinks, and waited about 15 minutes after my order was placed before I got it. Mind you I was able to run to the bathroom, which was filthy and still come out and only the coffee was ready. but when the barista set the drinks down for my order she barely said my name and with a lot of distaste. turned right back around and walked away from me. I couldn't even manage to make eye contact or get her attention to even ask for a cup carrier. I felt like I was intruding in their space. There was no friendliness. Since I ordered multiple drinks I had hoped they'd offer me a drink carrier, because I was struggling with my three drinks. as I brought them over to put creamer in my coffee not even the manager;I think was a Britney, who saw me struggling didn't offered a cup carrier
So not trying to be a bother; I try to carry them out, and of course, one slipped and fell. Doesn't help the lids are so faulty....so that drink was a total loss..not only did I feel frustrated and so embarrassed , I got stared at by the baristas Lex, Ross and I think a Mazi. The eye rolls I got. I absolutely felt horrible it spilled and tried to help clean it up. I was grunted at and not one person or manager in the store (which they saw the spill) not one person said a word to me as if I was invisible, and a horrid disease. they didn't even offer to replace it or help. Absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service this store brings. No smiles, just glares and gossip with zero hustle. There seemed to be an older blonde lady Britany ; I'm guessing as the manager, sitting in the corner - but she just sat there and didn't seem to care that the store was a disaster and did nothing to even help the team. Good thing I was only driving thru the area because I will never be back to this location again.

Everything here was just awful. Ross was wearing a very inappropriate outfit that made me and my 7 year old child very uncomfortable. He(honestly couldn't tell and I'm trying to be as respectful as possible)has such a terrible attitude and was constantly complaining about the customers and other staff and was making the entire store feel unwelcome.
All I wanted was an ice shaken espresso and all the syrup was in the bottom and it definitely wasn't shaken and there was no cold foam that I had asked for. I asked your other employee Lex if she could correct my drink she just glared daggers at me and snatched it out of my hand without a word. And it came back still unshaken with foam slopped all over the cup.
My daughter got a vanilla bean frappe that I specifically asked for no coffee in and it came out brown tasting like coffee and when I asked for another Lex began trash talking Ross using profanity and some very specific sexually explicit remarks infront of my child. At this point we left and will never be going back to any Starbucks.

Easy to access from 15 and one of our favorite Starbucks to stop at on our trips north. Staff is always great and the drinks are consistently well-made.

Found a fly inside the food enclosure, rummaging around cake pops and other stuff. Staff mentioned that this food is not served to customers but rather used for show and then thrown out.

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks. The staff are friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make even my most complicated drink orders. Monica is especially sweet — her customer service is outstanding! It feels so good to start my day with such positive energy at this café💛
