I wanted to leave a one star but I really love Starbucks. But I ordered an iced coffee with 4 liquid sugar and a splash of cream. It tasted like water with cream in it. The coffee should be the star of the show not the creamer and ice. It was Sunday so I’m not sure if it is an inexperienced crew on that day or not. There needs to be more quality control. I’m not saying to not go there just check your drink before you leave. Weekday drinks have been perfect. Come on Starbucks. We can get these drinks cheaper somewhere else so get it right.
Waited nearly 25 minutes for a chai latte when the person who took my order could have done it after he took my money. He did nothing but stand around....
It honestly all depends who is working if you actually get what you ordered. Paying $7 for a drink and waiting in line for 15 min to get to your destination and realizing that you're not even getting what you ordered is crazy. I love the window workers however those baristas should pay attention to what they are doing.
The staff remembers my dietary restrictions better than i do.
I love my shaken espresso AND this location but come on Starbizzies….a $6 cup of ice? There was about 5 sips of coffee in there. This is coff-lation! Shame shame…..
Also for others….waits can be longer sure, it is a busy area. Just mobile order and you’ll be fine.

It's a standard Starbucks. They make good drinks and are efficient at it. Only reason I didn't give 5 is because they seem to be out of drinks or supplies a lot. Not on the workers necessarily.
