Extremely rude staff. I’m not sure of the difference between ordering at the speaker and waiting for a drive-through order, vs ordering through the app and waiting for an order, but they make you get out of line and “wait for the app” even when they aren’t busy. Skip this location.

Ordered a drink that the menu board said costs $5.05. Barista rang it up at $5.55. I pointed this out and she agrued with me that it included tax. I pointed out that the register also showed the total including tax. She sighs and adjusts the price down, then told me I ruined her day because I was rude. Well excuse the heck outta me. I'm not the one deliberately ringing up drinks at 10% more than menu price and arguing with customers who don't fall for your deception. That's the last anything I buy from this chain of cheats.

I had a mobile pick up order and I ACCIDENTALLY drove through the drive through without stopping at the box to let them know I was picking up. As I came up to the window, Carmen said what can I help you with? I apologized MULTIPLE times, that I went straight through and that I had a pick up order and I was so so sorry for doing that! She then closes the window in my face as I’m still apologizing. I understand they have to get my drinks ready, but accidents are okay? I wasn’t in any rush nor did I try to rush her in any way. Carmen approached her co- worker with a hand signal that I just went around and didn’t stop and rolled her eyes, she then came back to the window gave me my drinks and said “ next time if you can just stop at the window so we have it ready for you. I said “well ma’am that is why I apologized multiple times to you, it was a mistake.” And she didn’t say anything, gave me my drinks and closed the window. This wasn’t the first time she was rude either. I understand it’s early and you are tired, but you never know what someone else is going through, so why be such a rude person? ESPECIALLY in customer service? Other than that drinks were great. And love everybody else in that Starbucks!

I ordered a Bacon, egg and gouda sandwich. Bacon could stand to be cooked slightly more. However, my real complaint is that my sandwich was cold on the inside as well as partially on the outside. It was not busy at the drive-thru. I've NEVER had a sandwich from Starbucks like this before. Always piping hot in the past, and needed time to cool. Very disappointed.

Love stopping in here when we are at Target and sometimes it's faster to come in here than go thru the drive-thru at the nearby Starbucks Location.

Selinsgrove pa store: Went through the drive thru and ordered a hot coffee with cream. Easy enough. Pay, she hands it to me and as i pull away it spills a bit on my hand . With that i realize there’s barely any cream so i swing back around through the drive thru. One car ahead of me and none behind me. I know the girl at the window saw me as she handed the guy in front of me his drink. He pulls away , i pull up to the window with the simple intention of asking for a few creamers since i asked and paid for cream, id like some. She shuts the window which doesnt close all the way. She stands there with her back to me talking to a co worker who also sees me. I wait. Shes not taking any orders just talking even though she knows im there and must know she just handed me my order less than 3 minutes ago. I beep my horn gently… again, window not shut completely so she heard me. Nothing.I know she heard me and she doesn’t even turn around. Instead of acting ignorant and being apparently offended in some way by me coming back through the drive thru and not stopping at the speaker, how about you do your job and ask me what i needed? Then a car rolls up to the speaker and she turns to look and side glances at me with with a look of “irritation”, and finally opens the window and asks if she can help me. Seriously, your job is not that difficult . And their coffee is not what it used to be. If im going to pay Starbucks prices on coffee it should be fresh. It was awful. Also, she gives me a cup of cream with a filthy lid. A layer of dust, and even small hairs on it. Not sure if it can be seen well in photos.

Always quick, always accurate with my mobile or drive-thru orders, and always consistent good quality. One of my favorite stores to frequent!

I’ve been going here for years , love it ! Always get a ribbon crunch frappe or vanilla bean frappe. No complaings , always so sweet :)
