Not sure what happened, but ever since they closed for a brief time and then reopened their subs have not been the same. They kept the same price, but you’re basically getting HALF of what you used to get and the meat isn’t cut nearly as thick. Was so looking forward to a hoagie after they reopened, but was extremely disappointed with the price and quality.. so upset

They need to change the name. It's not the same since new owners taken over. Tried it 3 times after new owners and first 3 times we were disappointed. Many months later I gave it a 4th try and I'm even more disappointed. Change your name! We miss the original owners and the pulled pork. This will be the last time i order. and the guy who took my order was extremely rude. All we wanted was the cheese to be melted on the grilled chicken salad like it use to be. I'm sorry to say this has gone down hill with the new owners. My first visit with them with the new owners, my cashier had charged us extra by putting a tip for herself. Mind you we came ourself ordered and took it to go , the bare minimum of effort needed by staff. my 2nd visit today for lunch all the way from my home in harrisburg i was serviced by a "karen" with let em see your manger hair cut. She prepare my food with no hat or hair net which is untold safe. This is my last visit. They took away the option of adding a drink and chips for so much. So every thing is full price.

I ordered the Philly cheese steak. It was amazing. I had 1 yesterday at a different local restaurant that was good, but not this good. You must check it out. Came back for lunch again ordered the RUManenough. This was a massive lunch. It was great, fresh, and fast.

I ordered a cheesesteak with onions. When I got it, there was no cheese, the onions were cold, the meat was dry. My coworker got a cheesesteak that had cheese on it. You could see the cheese on hers.
