Ordered a steak(without bone) and while chewing bite down on something hard and sharp.. was a small bone- chipped the back molar and cracked my tooth. Ruined the whole experience for my whole table and they couldn’t even take care of our meals. Claimed corporate would reach out to us and we have yet to hear anything. It’s really disappointing because Texas Roadhouse was one of our favorites but apparently they don’t do a thorough inspection on the meat.
was highly disappointed with my recent trip to this place. we got there around 2pm and was not very busy. waited about 30 minutes for our food. we ordered three meals, once steak and shrimp, one bbq chicken and a steak and chicken fingers. brought out our food and it was barely warm. they forgot the chicken fingers and when I asked about them after waiting about 10 minutes for someone to walk by they went back and grabbed them and they had the nerve to say they were sitting...read full review
I wasn't going to post this review and let it go but after thinking long and hard I decided to post our experience. My Husband and I visited on the evening of June 3rd for a very rare date night. At first our service with Kandie was excellent. She was very attentive and polite. My Husband is a law enforcement officer and very humble, He never takes advantage of the discounts anywhere he goes.
