I have heard a lot of messed up information about this location, I never have went to the Seneca location because of what I heard. But last night which would have been February 7 my husband and I had a superbowl party and decided to order from the Seneca location despite the information given to us. I must say for myself the very sweet kind young woman who identified herself as Christina (shift supervisor) took my call and kindly went over the deals they had going on, she answered every question without hesitation or even sounding irritated, she was very patient with us as we were trying to figure out what to order. We needed quite a few pizzas we decided on 4 big daddies 2 cheese 2 pepperoni and we wanted it for 615 and it was close to 5 at that time. She kindly placed our order her tone didnt change not once she didnt show no sign of frustration or anger she was very kind very sweet and very patient. We got to your restaurant by 6:10 and a young gentleman came to the register we didnt ask his name he was also very nice and rang us out and handed us our food (which was ready right at 6:15) we were very surprised after hearing rumors that food is.always late (which wasn't the case at all, not even for a busy superbowl sunday) I must say for myself and my husband the Seneca fox's is by far the best pizza we've had in a long time. The 2 employees there (Christina, and the young gentleman were fantastic kept good spirits and attitudes through the rush of superbowl they both deserve recognition or a raise) we left them a $20 tip. Ordered pizza at 430 for a 730 delivery. They called at 715 and said they didn’t have a delivery person. So went to pick it up and it wasn’t even cooked yet. No apologies. No anything. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Delivery is almost always 2 hours late with no apology. Sometime you get lucky and it’s only an hour and half late. The food just isn’t worth the mediocre service.

I have ordered from the other pizza restaurants and fox’s pizza is the best tasting pizza and breadsticks I’ve had. The pizza was cooked perfect, slight crunch to the crust is the best!! Thank you fox’s !!

Called 25 minutes before closing and the still delivered my order. I must say that was the best ham and cheese wedgie since I worked at Tobeys in Franklin in the late 80's!!

I wouldn't feed this pizza to my dog I was told the order would take 45 mins and then 1 hour and 47 minutes later they show up with a pizza that's half cooked.
Oh and to top it off I called to talk to a manger and the owner answered she's had no concern about the service at all
