“Small, hole in the wall, Chinese place. I figured what the hell, ill try it out. It's literally my all time favorite Chinese place. Their food is excellent. They change their oil regularly, so it ALWAYS tastes good, looking at you chens garden. BEST CHINESE IN VENANGO COUNTY! Fried dumplings are my favorite. Egg rolls are huge and delicious. Lo mein, moo goo, all good. If you order like $60 or more of food, I always get a free dozen donuts. Don't know if that's everyone or just me but it's a nice touch and the people are nice and professional as well. Eat here.Vegetarian options: Just get something with vegetables, it's delicious. I'm an omnivore but even their strictly veg dishes are good.Parking: There's parking spots in front of all the stores here. You'll easily find one.Wheelchair accessibility: There's no stairs. It's a plaza.”

I've ordered almost everything on the menu and I've never gotten a bad drink or breakfast. Highly recommend to anyone who loves good food and drinks and wants to support a local business. Staff is super friendly and quick and it's a cozy spot to sit and work for a little while or catch up with friends.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are so good and their soups, muffins, and pastries are all clearly labeled and staff is knowledgeable about what is in each item.Dietary restrictions: They have so many vegan, vegetarian, or gluten free options. Personally, I am not vegetarian or vegan but the menu is clearly marked and everything is so good I end up ordering a vegan or vegetarian option anyways.Kid-friendliness: The space has good visibility no matter where you sit inside so you won't lose a kid. ? Menu items like hot chocolate, simple sodas, and their steam engine (steamed milk w flavor and whipped cream) are perfect for kids or those not wanting caffeine.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wide ramp out front for those in wheelchairs or with walkers. Easy seating and tables perfect to roll a wheelchair up to.”

“The food here was fresh, fantastic, and a wonderful play on the senses. The chef’s use of textures is genius. I would recommend the crab sandwich, homemade ricotta, and tamale cakes! The tamale cakes were especially tasty. My (albeit small) gripe is that the room does not have enough soft items in it. While we were there another larger group was having lunch, the volume in the room was overwhelming at times. I will reiterate, still go here! The menu is fun and has something for everyone to love.”

“We weren't able to get food as the kitchen was closed for the night. But we enjoyed the bar and beer sampling they offered us We even got to try the candy bar beer. It was a really deep chocolate with caramel finish. Very good for those with a big sweet tooth!!”

“It is such a blessing to truly say we have found a great place to have a fantastic place to eat. Àlthough it is only for take out, I would say THEY only miss out seeing the satisfied faces of eating the delicious food they have prepared for us. I can personally say the subs and wedgies are even better than the old Tobey's that we loved. They are actually filled with the meat and cheese product, not overly whelmed with lettuce. The bread is so delicious, it's hard to stop eating even when your belly is saying I'm full. If anyone does NOT try Bud's Pizza, you are solely missing out. “Foods are always pretty good and with decent staff on deck. Now, the wing buffet is just alright. Just come in and grab the 10.25 for 10 wing deal so you get them fresher. Also, ask for more sauce they tend to skimp out on it.I've only had a couple of burgers and fries there as well, so I can't tell you about the entire menu, but their big pretzel is honestly the best I've ever had.As a restaurant, they're damn good, but as far as entertainment, they rarely ever have any decent bands. Hell, it's hard to even find average bands, but if you're hungry and want some good quality food, Billy's is the place to go.?”

Nobody apparently knows how to cook good wings in OC except her and Marci.It's a smoking bar, but the ventilation is pretty good, along with decent climate control for all seasons.Beers and drinks are a bit pricy, but they always have different specials for each day of the week.All in all, the best spot in Oil City!”
