I have heard a lot of messed up information about this location, I never have went to the Seneca location because of what I heard. But last night which would have been February 7 my husband and I had a superbowl party and decided to order from the Seneca location despite the information given to us. Anything I order is always good. The delivery time is usually way sooner than promised and staff is always very friendly.
Wouldn't honor a coupon that they advertised on their Facebook page. Tried to upcharge for steak even though the coupon specifically said ANY wedgie. This was after the employee argued that we were wrong about what the coupon price was even though we were looking right at it when we called. Deleted my comments under the coupon post after I declined to order and wanted to warn others about the false advertisement. Very poor customer service.
