“I went here last night for the first time with my dad and best friend. The atmosphere was great! Super friendly workers with lots of great food. The wings were really good. I got the Texas Petal sauce and it’s killer. It’s one of my favorite sauces. I love the slot machines they have which you can win real money. I would definitely come back. It’s nice having a family vacation house on the Allegheny River.”

“This is one of my favorite subways. This service here is always outstanding and the food is always fresh. I have gone to many subways, and there are some that have nasty lettuce, nasty, spinach, and i'm just afraid to put any toppings on, because you never know when something could be bad, right?
So when I'm over this way, I opt for Subway, because I don't know. I don't trust very many of them. Thanks for the great service and food.”

“went for breakfast Sunday morning. surprisingly they weren't busy. placed my order and it took over 30 minutes to arrive! homefries were under cooked, very little onions in them and i specifically asked for onions! French toast had very little egg and was so hard i could hardly cut it with a knife! usually have excellent food but not this time! service was excellent!”

“Every meal here reminds me of good old fashioned cooking from scratch and the prices are all very reasonable. I have never had a bad meal here and the servers are all very friendly and attentive. Great cooks also. If you haven’t tried this place, well what are you waiting for?”

“Went to this place not knowing what to expect but we always drive by it on our way up north.. bar and dining area are super cute … prime rib sandwich was hands down the best I ever had, the owner told me he made it with love ? was very funny and Tabatha was awesome and super nice behind the bar. Husband has the ham and cheese hoagie which was GREAT, and we split a side of fries which was more than your average measly side.will visit again for sure. Thank you washington house! ❤️”

“Pizza was good. Greasy like all pizzas. It's small inside. Service was good. You order ice cream outside from the window. Chocolate hard serve was freezer burnt, like it hadn't seen the light of day in a year burnt. Soft serve was alright. They have wifi, have to ask for password. Prices typical.”

“Thank you to Troy’s crew (I’m sorry I didn’t get there names). They were here all day yesterday fixing our septic system. What we thought was going to be an easy fix of course was not but the men were so professional and great to laugh with. I called Troy Thursday and they were out here on Friday, which I greatly appreciated cause we were using limited water. Highly recommend these guys, and greatly appreciate them.”

“Very nicely updated in late 2025. Bathrooms are modern and clean, food and service is great, prices are a bit higher than many bars, but the food is served in abundant serving sizes and top quality. You do get what you pay for. The beer batter cod fish sandwich is huge, my wife and I split one and couldn't finish it! The fish sandwich you'll see that I posted is not the entire thing, that's my 2/3 of the sandwich that I couldn't finish! Huge! Fabulous beer batter finish! Grilled/ Toasted hoagie roll! Awesome!”

“This is THE BEST Fox's Pizza Den EVER. They shouldn't even be affiliated with Fox's. They're way too good for that. My camp is in Leeper, PA and we ordered a buffalo chicken pizza from this location and it was literally the best buff chick pizza EVER. I came home and ordered the same thing from the Fox's in Lower Burrell, PA, and it doesn't compare. Doesn't even come close.”
