He received his confirmation info
So the day of New Year’s Eve he called to confirm his reservation like he does to any restaurant he makes an reservation
The hostess told him he does not have one and he told her all his information and she said sorry you don’t have a reservation and hung up on him
We were very upset by all this

The food was good but the service was terrible. They were busy but we had to wait just to get our drinks before ordering our meal then I had to ask for silverware to eat my meal and it took forever just to get the food. If they are busy I recommend going someplace else.

Have always loved and supported the Log Cabin! Best locally owned restaurant, hands down. However, my family isn't a huge fan of the new space, it's just not cozy like it used to be and the echo from the high ceilings is awful, it makes it hard to have conversations when its busy.

Every meal has been good, service is always friendly!
Great restaurant. Back in 2018 my wife and I had our first date here, and we closed the restaurant down. Got there early enough, but stayed talking for hours. Staff was awesome and didn’t make it awkward or anything. Their new building is awesome and their menu is great. Highly recommended! It wouldn’t be Seneca without the Log Cabin!

First time here. Had the Reuben which was awesome. Don't know where they get their meat from but it tasted like it came right off the smoker. My husband's burger was equally delicious and stacked. The fries were perfect. Our male waiter was wonderful and attentive. Koodos to the chef! We will definitely be back. Pleasantly surprised for this out of the way location.
