I’m done. It’s just not worth it anymore. These places are just poorly managed. Your card doesn’t work at the pumps and you’re told that it’s a different card. Your card and phone number doesn’t work inside, and you’re told it only works outside.
They still use quality ingredients, but their sandwiches need sauce. Or condiments! Where are the condiments?
For a year, I’ve left disgusted (and not just from the nasty urinal). This week was my last time stopping.

Bathroom was not clean. A very large puddle was running from the sink all the way to the toilet area. The rest of the place was well kept.

American Natuals is such a let down anymore!!! Food is great hence 2 stars but my wife has Celiac's and cant eat gluten and they NEVER have gluten breads in stock... one memeber told me because its an inconvenience because the bread comes frozen. And Im always telling the crew to caution coss contamination and they say they dont offer gluten free facilities, which may be true to an extent but that doesnt mean you dont try. Plus the entire eating area is taken up with employee belongings. Inconvenience at its finest. Really wish they would get their things together here! The District managet who was present on our visit seems to be the same one i see in all the stores that tend to be this way, hopefully not a coincidence?

I had American Naturals cater an in office event for the company I work for and we had breakfast and lunch delivered. The food was excellent and presented beautifully. the driver was early and very helpful. Excellent experience!!!

This place is good! Similar setup to Sheetz but far superior food. I've had several sandwiches from here and they were all good. I've had pizza as well and it was good. It's quick and tasty. I'm surprised people go to Sheetz when this is right across the street. This trip i had the Pittsburgher and it was delicious!

What I won't do is share my opinions and feelings. What I will do is share my experience. First I kindly tried to share this with corporate so I didn't have to write this review and wasn't able to connect. I truly only like to write positive reviews. This recent experience blew my mind, and felt the need. 1st the sign for Diesel suggests $4.44 per gallon. While at the pump it was $ 4.72. I ended up spending $7.79 more than i thought i would for 27. 813 gallons. Now I understand prices online can change spontaneously, but this was on the board. 2nd the receipt says 9-17-sun, when it actually was on 9-25- mon. I would believe the time was incorrect also. 3rd the trigger lock was not operable for hands free fueling. 4th all the electronical prompts Was slow/ not working properly. 5th/ last individual was not receptive to the information.

I purchased Gasoline 7/31/2023. Put in in my commercial lawn mowers and come to find out there is water mixed in with it. Store was contacted and waiting a corporate response.

The service on the made to order food is absolutely horrible. WAY to slow, a far cry from sheetz and get go. There is a sheetz close to any of these gas stations and I highly recommend passing this place up and going there instead and the protein bowl I ordered had absolutely no flavor whatsoever
Unfortunately this place is just not good. The food is terrible, the staff is untrained and have a bad attitude, and it’s not particularly clean.

It took 20 minutes to get my sandwich. It was missing items, was supposed to be a wrap. They omitted multiple items and I asked about it only to be told we are out of that. Well if you are out of it, then maybe let the patron know. Really disappointed in the service. Please do better.

Clean convenience store and they have a good assortment of pre-made foods. They also make foods fresh to order. Got a salad and soup fresh and a wrap from the pre-made case. Very pleased with the quality. Staff was friendly.
