Not only was they line backed all the way up we go inside to order food and they are arguing instead of making orders. The beef should be on the grill not with each other đŸ˜­đŸ€Ł it was a weird experience to have to explain to my daughter that two grown men are fighting like school children. Great entertainment while waiting for my order

One, if you're going to Burger King, unless you're really strapped for time you'll probably pay the same amount for a decent meal in a nicer sit down place. Two, I was so excited to try the fried pickle ranch whopper... it doesn't actually come with fried pickles, just regular pickles. WILDLY disappointing as the rest of the toppings really needed that to bring them together. Without, just a plain, messy whopper that costs more for no reason. Otherwise, service was reasonable and the restaurant was passably clean.

I wouldn't recommend going to this location! Worker's are rude, not patient, will mess up your order, complain about the little things and honestly burger kings food has dropped drastically over the years and the price is not worth the food quality

Stood at the counter for at least 15-20 minutes. None of the employees would take my order. They walked right past me kept looking right at me refused to take my order. I had to leave and go get dinner somewhere else. I’ll never come to this location again it’s absolutely ridiculous. The employees couldn’t even greet me or other customers.

Debbie was super helpful when her new employee didnt put my coupon in correctly. Saved me 4 dollars and has to watch over teenagers who lets just be honest are entitled and don’t care. She fixed it with a smile and she has the makings of a gm if you were to ask me .Im a head hunter so I know what im talking about. I called Charles and he was even more accommodating. This store is not top heavy . They are bottem heavy . Even saying all this .. ive seen young employees getting better probably because of the superior management at this location.

It was absolutely filthy inside. Today is the day after the debate. I debated whether to leave a review or not. Condiments were all over the floor. Fountain was wet & covered in syrup. Floor was grimey, dusty, needed sweeped & mopped as well as the rugs needed shaken off outside. The staff was rather unfriendly. I walked up saying “Hello, Burger King Family” with a smile in a pleasant tone. I was halfway greeted with the reply “I don’t know you.” The person was a 6’2” born black male with a long European lady wig on, lip gloss & nails and loud degenerate combative unprofessional undertone. If you would’ve came to work dressed more professionally you’d most likely exceed for the future job want not just the job you presently have. Seeking food from family-friendly excellence elsewhere.

This is the second time I’ve eaten here. Both times the service was terrible, the employees were rude and the food was absolutely DISGUSTING. (See attached picture of the so called honey mustard chicken wrap). 3 friends and I ordered food, half of it was missing, the items they did include were mostly wrong, the food was cold and not edible. They should be ashamed to run a business like this, and I will never eat Burger King again in my life. Stay away from this location at all costs. (Oh, and they turn their lights off at night so people think they’re closed) The general manager should fire everyone and rethink how they run their business.

Sewickley location smelled like something electrical was burning. Told guy behind counter who Could Care Less. Packed up food and ate in the car because smell was making us sick.

Drive through can be a long time, depending on lunch rush, and post work etc.

Food quality is decent for a BK ~

Service is pretty fast and the drive through workers have been pretty decent with communication and relaxed, despite the fast paced environment.
