“Feb 14 2026 returning to Pittsburghs new and "improved" terminal from international flight not as wonderful as I expected..those escalators are def not bag friendly ..especially when you have a lot of them and the crowds pushing you along ALSO parking for shuttle lot is not marked clearly..I asked girl at customer service and apparently I wasn't the only one confused by the signs! The airport is nice and clean..staff was friendly. Pittsburgh is my home but ill still take the "old airport and the tram“

“Actually I'm writing this review probably about 6 years late, but I keep thinking about this place.
I went here on a first date type of thing, didn't know him, neither of us knew the place. We were welcomed like family, the drinks were perfect and there was a guy playing sax in the other room for an optional cover. As someone who doesn't like live music because it is always too loud, the fact that it was optional was incredible to me. Now 6 years later, I'm eager to try this place again!“

“If you’ve ever seen a movie where a guy walks into a saloon and the whole bar looks at him, that’s what it felt like, but in the most loving way possible. Tiff is a peach, although she struggles scanning ID’s. But maybe that’s more on the machine than her. Vibe was a bit off but only due to the lack of music. Bet let me tell ya, once the R&B starting playin, we started grooving. Gave it 4 stars cause they charge for water.

“What a pleasant surprise. The young lady who helped us at the front area was very polite and tried extremely hard to accommodate. We got our food to go and we were blown away. It was less than $50 ($60 with a tip) and it's one of the best filets and reubens we have ever had. The dining area was packed and I'm certain we would have spent much more if we ate there and had drinks, but I am telling you, it is worth the money to stay at the Hyatt and just eat the food there. It's rare hotel 🏨 food is this good. 5☆'s all day.“
