If I’m spending over $8 on a matcha, I’d appreciate if you could follow instructions for light ice. I asked for light ice yet somehow received extra ice. Starbucks commands a premium price.. the customer should receive premium service. Following instructions is the absolute most basic expectation. I also don’t really appreciate constantly saying “there is a question for you to answer” regarding tip while they stare you down uncomfortably. I almost always tip, but I don’t appreciate feeling forced into it or I’ve done something wrong if I don’t. The drink already comes with an insane price, if I’m going to go there multiple times a week, I don’t want to pay almost $10 for the drink after tip every single time.

Drinks are always great, service wonderful, I decided to get the mozzarella, spinach tomato on ciabatta today .It looked so good on the menu, what i got was so disappointing ! I don’t usually eat bread was treating myself today.

By golly these beans were roasted to absolute perfection. Sofia, my barista, told me about her fishes teen pregnancy and divorce court and it was quite a cliff hanger. Hell i was on the edge my seat. I ordered a secret menu item “the sino-japanese train station” and they delivered PERFECTLY🤩🤩 very thankfull and i will be returning

I really like this Starbucks. People here are super nice and for some reason I don’t understand the oat milk drinks taste better than at other Starbucks locations. This one is not on my every day route, but I pass it ever other week or so and always do my best to stop in.

I go to this Starbucks almost everyday and I may stop going due to a very rude barista named Piper. 2 days in a row she has given attitude for no reason when I’ve ordered. Never had in issue until these last 2 days.

They are the best Starbucks!!!! Drinks are always perfect and staff is always friendly. They are also fast. Knowing that I will have a good drink, I will drive a few mins the opposite way even though I have to pass one to get to work.

I go to drive in Starbucks in Edgeworth. PA. I use my phone and have the order paid that way. Now I cannot use the process that I use. How do I return to phone use in drive up. I am very unhappy with switching to on line orders, etc. How do I return to the phone process? I am a frequent user.

How can you accept preorders and then make your customers sit in an 8 car long line to pick it up? Drinks were cold or melted after having to wait for our order.
