Avoid this location, unless you have all day to wait for your food. Today was the worst wait time yet. The group ahead of me was also frustrated as one of them waited at the store over 35 minutes for his food. Meanwhile his 4 other buddies got their food and already ate their meals. Myself and my coworker waited about 40-45 minutes for our food to be ready. I could get a steak at a steakhouse faster than this. Long story short, if you are on a lunch break or just don't have a ton of time to wait for your food just eat anywhere else.

What a taco you can see the rest and also the night shift front desk had a boyfriend hanging out in there and they were sitting at the table free fountain drink after another and waiting 10 minutes to pay cash after ordering at kiosk and she sat there and watched me hold the money in my hand

Taco Bell is Taco Bell as far is food goes, but the service here is awful, they have you pull around to the front after ordering in the drive through just to wait out front for 15+ minutes. Half the time items are missing or made wrong. Clearly understaffed, you can see in the picture they have 3 cars waiting for food, myself, and another car behind me

The WORST taco bell in pittsburgh. Its the same kid at the drive thru each time i go, he always tells me to go wait in the parking lot for my food (even though there is NO ONE else there) and each time i get it it is incorrect…god forbid someone had an allergy??? Unacceptable in my opinion. Not sure if the kid needs trained agin or maybe a manager on the clock with him to make sure he is doing his job correctly but i would be embarrassed if i was his management to see all the mistake there are!!!

twice I've asked them to follow required parameters for my delivery and pickup, neither of which met expectations..everything was laced with "mexican" flavor when I didn't ask for heat. afraid to get anything else since cheese roll ups are laced

This is the one we get when we order door dash. Sometimes it is fine, but it normally isn't. The moment we see literally one of each hotsauce we requested, we know it's time for nasty, soggy food. Unfortunately this is much more common than the food being normal. Giving it 2 stars because it CAN be good, but overall this is legitimately the consistently worse Taco Bell I have been to.

Waited 25 minutes when they told me it would be 15 minutes. Since when does fast food take 15 minutes to make!!! Will tell the world how poorly the sewickley taco bell runs this franchise!

It's stuffy in the hall, the air conditioner doesn't work. There's often no one at the checkout, you have to stand there for up to 10 minutes. Orders take a very long time to prepare.

Too many conversations going on between the few employees working. It was a pickup order, and I had to get their attention to get my order even though they were standing right across the counter from me. I will be back though. It's usually 5 stars all the way.
