my girlfriend and I have been up here for our 3rd visit and every time we come up here for a week stay we feel like family every year we stop in Bob Evans they're service is great the people are amazing they treat us like family I'll give them 20 Stars. so from Alyssa and I to you thanks for your service every year you guys are amazing.

The food was absolutely horrible. The place was nearly empty on a Friday evening and no excuse that it took an hour to get our food. Miserable experience - will never eat here again. Waitress was very sweet. We had freezing cold air blowing on us the entire time.

We stopped for a late lunch. We were seated promptly. Our server was excellent! She was prompt and attentive. She was very familiar with the menu items. She even took the time to alert us that it was storming. The food arrived hot. I had the fish fry platter. My partner had the rise and shine breakfast. The eggs were cooked over medium as requested. We would stop there again if we are in the area.

Serenity, our waitress was just amazing she was the only waitress working on a Saturday night. The manager just kept peaking his head out and not really doing much to help. Food wasn't anything to write home about. The biscuits were hard, and the medium rare burger was well done. And if you go to this one, take a jacket or blanket because it was freezing in there. But our waitress did a great job.

Didn't get the right food. The eggs were under cooked and my biscuits were very hard. I got more biscuits and they were worse than the first ones. Service was horrible I got up and left!!

I placed a to-go order and when I got home, I realized my biscuits were not in the bag, the large hashbrown I paid more for was a small order, the peppers in my omelet were still basically raw, and the light onions I requested was obviously overlooked. This has been my first time eating at Bob Evans in 25/30 years, and will most likely be my last. The staff was very sweet, but the quality of my order was terrible.
Unless your whole party is available for seating, they won't seat you. We had one person that was pulling into the parking lot and they would not seat us. Should not have mattered as there was only three of us and would have been sat at a four person table. Hostess could care less how big a line was at the door after we arrived.

First time @ a Bob Evans and I was pleased with the first experience. The food was awesome and nice big portions. The waiter was helpful on my decision as on what to order. The food took a little longer than we felt it should have, but that may have been because we were really hungry lol. But I will definitely be making it a stop more often cause it's kinda like eating what I grew up on.
