I stopped here with two friends for lunch and the only problem I encountered was the soda dispenser for the Dr. Pepper. When I pulled the cup away from the dispenser the push handle for the Dr. Pepper selection didn't return to the stop position it was stuck and kept dispensing until I pulled the handle forward. Otherwise the Classic Chicken Sandwich fries and drink I had were good.

Just there earlier today and the service was excellent. Plenty of seats and lots of help. I'm really impressed by the service. Adonis waited on me. Very outgoing and polite. Willing to help with anything and always at the ready to wait on the next customer. Great kid. He needs a raise.

I haven't had KFC in years, so when I ordered original fried chicken, I was expecting it to be the same as I remembered...but nooooo. . It was hot and decent, but I think the Colonel's secret recipe has diminished quality over the years. The staff was great, and I know there is some kind of a newer policy about giving customers condiments so it's not their fault, but we ordered chicken AND mashed potatoes AND coleslaw and were given NO forks or spoons or napkins and we got drinks but had to ask for a cup carrier. I went through the drive through. Biscuits were bangin though!!

The new chicken is awful I miss the old popcorn chicken. I wanted to add a small mac n cheese for my baby at the window before I paid and that wasn't acceptable. They told me I'd have to pull around through drive thru again.

Almost all the tables were dirty, and the floor too. The food was not so good. The biscuit was hard, not soft, and moist. The chicken was not fully done.
