Long John Silver's

went there today for lunch at the drive thru got my food drive all the way back home which over 20 miles one way, boy was i seriously disappointed. for 30 bucks the pieces of fisher were so little and the chicken was also very small. use to alway get fairly good size portions, don't know what happened but I have serious doubts of ever going back.

November 2024 — Still the slowest service in the Selinsgrove area. The staff is very pleasant, which is great, but the food and service is some of the slowest you will find anywhere…and it’s been this way for years.

We all know Long John Silver’s is greasy, crap food, but we still crave it. So, I won’t go into the quality of the food. It is what it is. But there is absolutely no reason someone should need to just turn their vehicle off whilst waiting in the drive-through.

The last few times we got food here it was awful. Soggy chicken, the new waffle fries are absolutely disgusting. Please bring back the old fries. The green beans were so salty and spicy they were inedible. Has really gone downhill in the last few months. Used to be a favorite but now it's just awful.

The dining room was dirty. They changed their menu so you don't get regular fries. When you order a 2 piece chicken meal that is $9.99, you get 2 pieces of chicken and 1 side. This will be my last time going here.

Arrived @ 515 pm. Only 3 people visible running the shop. Priority went to drive through. Only 1 person ahead of me inside. Only 1 person running both the counter and the window. 11 minute wait to order, 10 minute wait for food.

No Tatar sauce in pump service. Counter kid gave us packets instead. No salt packets in condiment stand. Floors slick and feel greasy. Lots of really old people walking like they were on ice. Garbage bins were full and hadn't been emptied in at least 3 hours.

There was one worker running the whole shebang. That kid deserves a raise. He was running drive thru, dining room and making all the food.

Food was fantastic, service a bit slow but super friendly, and I love any restaurant with any sort of ocean theme so the "atmosphere" was good too, but the floors were insanely slippery, so much so my parents and I almost slipped and fell on our rear ends just walking from the counter to our table. As for the table, it was pretty sticky, so needless to say, they need to do a much better job of cleaning tables and floors.
