I placed my order for curbside at 10:16am. At 10:25 am I still did not receive my order. When I pulled up to the drive thru they were not apologetic and then I ended up having to come inside. This was an inconvenience and defeats the purpose of curbside pickup .

If you don't know what a McDonald's is, you've got to be from another planet. This one gets very busy, but they have 2 lanes to order from and typically keep the line moving.

Welcoming friendly atmosphere ....however...got a quarter pounder today that was loaded with grease...soggy bun...gross...returned it...got a new one...also soooo greasy you could wring it out like a towel and was pink in the middle...grooooosssss... Sometimes you need to wait a long time to get service...so order online. Food was bad today. Took my good review down. Everybody is working hard to get food...so it should not be gross.

Went through the drive through and ordered 3 big breakfast and 3 strawberry and cream pies. Got home and discovered I had 2 strawberry pies and 1 apple pie. They never mentioned not having enough. Then I open the breakfast to find not a single hashbrown. Very disappointing. Never go when on a schedule. Allow time to check every box and container before you leave the window. Don't count on them to give you what you paid for!

Love McD's, but this place is one of the worst. Missing items is the biggest complaint. Takes too long for order to be served in drive thru. Yesterday, the egg on Sausage and Egg McMuffin was undercooked. I used to work at a McDonald's when I was a teenager, I know their standards, this one doesn't cut it.
Update May 2025: No real improvement. Too long of a wait in am on way to work. Must check order to be sure correct.

So I don't usually do reviews & it's McDonald's so it doesn't really need much of a review but the service was really nice.
There was an older guy there by the name of Lawrence, he was really cool. While everybody else was kinda just seemingly dead inside & just kind of existing, there was this older man who was goin around keeping everything spiff & tidey, & he looked like he actually had life in his eyes. He was talking with customers (while still cleaning/working) & making people feel welcomed & warm as he was just really friendly & kind. We ended up talking a tiny bit, not much, but he was really nice to talk to & made me like being there (& honestly I don't really like Maccas [I only stopped as my youthgroup I'm with stopped here]), he found things to genuinely compliment people & make them feel good for example he took time out to find a compliment & he complimented me on my shirt. He made it nice there just with his presence even before I had really talked to him.
It was nice,if you're seeing this Lawrence, have a blessed day.

There’s an employee that causes issues her name is Amy. She was extremely rude to my friend and me through the drive thru. I seen her coughing in her hands and she didn’t even wash them and then started messing with the food. It’s disgusting in all honesty not only that but there’s absolutely no teamwork they’re extremely unorganized. I’ll never be eating here again. The managers were extremely disrespectful as well and when confronted about their employee who I mentioned in the above, they did nothing and then banned my friend from even door dashing being able to pick up her orders from there when she didn’t even speak one word the entire time it was me who was saying something, but yet she got banned so make it make sense. So not only are they messing with her money but they’re messing with her three-year-olds money and needs as well and the police have already been notified and now the Better Business bureau is getting a phone call tomorrow as well about this specific establishment and the employees they choose to hire. Also, I was already on the phone with corporate this evening and there is an investigation into this employee and I really hope she gets fired soon because the Better Business Bureau is going to make sure of it. I’m sure.
