It wasn't very busy, and service was fast and friendly. The view of the rover was nice and all five of us loved our food. I had the pulled pork on salad greens, everything was fresh and the corn muffin was fantastic! Will definitely stop on our way through again.

For what you pay, the portions are not worth it. My bbq sandwich was stone cold. I had to ask for a new one. No apology, no refund or free item offered. I’m not one to take food back because I get how restaurants can be. My fiancée and I have traveled and eaten lots of bbq over the years. This ranks as the worst. No flavor. Way back when it first opened, Skeeters was decent. Never again.

We have been driving past this place as we drive back and forth from upstate NY and Virginia and other southern states. We'll today we finally stopped here for dinner. A very nice treat. We had the pulled pork which was very good. So many other choices. Service was prompt and The staff checked on us regularly and we're very helpful. The restaurant is beautiful wood beam construction. All clean and neat. The view from the hilltop of the Susquehanna River was exceptional. Worth the stop. Music on Tuesday evenings.

My family and I were from out of town and just happened to stop by. we were very glad we did.The food was excellent.The customer service at the front desk to the servimers was exceptional.We would definitely be coming back.
Stopped in for lunch while in the area car shopping. The pulled chicken wrap was good, the house bbq sauce added some flavor but did not have much of a spicy kick. The star of the show was the brisket chili. So much flavor, the brisket was tender, and it fills you up. Not expensive, a great value. The place was clean, the staff was friendly. If I'm ever in the area again, will definitely stop in!

Bland. For all the money they pay for positive news articles all over FB, they should invest in smoking their meats longer and seasoning.
I was reallt excited to try this spot, Im not picky with BBQ but what a waste of a brisket let alone money. Someone should buy this great location.

We have been to Skeeter’s many times and enjoyed it. Tonight was a disaster! When we ordered although the young woman was very kind, she did not get our order correct. We had doubles of two items and were not told when we ordered things called sides cost extra. Also be aware sauces are extra! When we spoke to the manager he was trembling, but spoke what he had been instructed to say. He did agree that the menu on the board was unclear, but he said we could have ask questions 🤯 We went out the door and I realized that I forgot to leave our waitress a tip. I went back in but he sent her to the kitchen and although I had never talked to her about her concerns, he would not allow me to give her the money I was holding! We were two of 4 people there. No wonder why! Never again!!
