Had a superb afternoon. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and the service was faultless. Went for a meal and a family get together. The food was superb and had a really relaxing afternoon. Couldn’t fault anything about the Blue Jay and really looking forward to our next visit
Rooms are very clean and cleaning staff are amazing, compassionate, caring and hard working! Landlord and restaurant staff are lovely too. Breakfast is great, just needs to be more consistent with the quality of the cooking of it. The burger meal I had was lovely, definitely would have that again! The area is peaceful and a hidden jem five minutes away over the road is pebble beach lovely for a picnic, just don't forget some bug spray!

Visited family in the area and it was convenient to stay at a hotel locally. This hotel is a lovely place, rooms are clean and serviced daily. Tea, coffee and biscuits replenished daily too. All staff are cheerful and helpful, they make you feel very welcome. Food was ok, we only had a sandwich but no complaints. We will return when we are in the area again.
