Absolutely superb. Most people would probably think it’s crazy driving over an hour to the old coal miner town Shenandoah for smoked meat, but it is beyond worth it. The shop was pretty busy when I got there. I grabbed a number and was helped within a few minutes, I admitted to the employee it was my first time there. Been a customer for years. Smoked sausage makes a great soup.and the loaf is just as good for sandwiches or for a meal depending on the cut.you like.. today I had the boneless spare ribs that were awesome. I just wish I bought more .till next time I will stock up.
