Really good food, we have enjoyed visiting here.

Food was very good and the staff was excellent. Definitely will eat there again.

Went in for breakfast. First time there. Walked in, one waitress was on her ohine behind the counter. Other waitress said csn sit here. No hi anything. Waitress came over ordered food etc. Atmosphere was negative. No one working was smiling or anything. All were behind the counter on their phones. Got our food. It was good. Waitress came back one time to ask how food was. Our waitress the sat down bar counter and was eating. We were done and she kept in eating until we told her we were done need the check. She put fork down and picked up her cell phone went to register and came to give us the check while still chewing. Paid credit, she went back to eating. No one acknowledged us in the way out. No thank you etc. Customer service could have been better. And waitresses didn't have to be in their cellphones entire time we were there. Disrespectful.

First impressions are a little unnerving when you walk in. Thing could use a little tidying up around the kitchen. The waitress was nice and the orders came out exactly as ordered. Here’s the kicker,,,, the food is Very good! And the portions are larger than normal.
This place could do very well with a little TLC and I will certainly return.

Not a bad little restaurant. Foods a little bland for my taste. Atmosphere relaxing. Service could be a little better

Food was great. Service was out of this world. Atmosphere was friendly and brought back a lot of memories. I did leave sizeable tip.

My husband and I like the family restaurants and such and were out looking for a new place to eat. Somehow, we had driven by here a thousand times and never noticed this restaurant before. So we decided to check it out. Going in excitedly wondering what we would get....
We walked in, looked around, and walked back out. This was not the place for us, but maybe you could check it out and have a great experience here.

Great food and service...

Excellent food, great portions! Our waitress was amazing as well. Prices decent. Three of the four of us had The Rachel which was made with fresh turkey breast meat and a nice home made bread! 10/10

This has to be the worst restautant in Shippensburg. We were there last evening around 5 pm. First there was no clean tables, and the employee told us they are very busy. Finally got seated as we were about to go elsewhere. Took almost an hour to get to get 2 plain hot dogs and an order of under cooked fries. If you see this place keep on driving. I would rate it -10 if it were possible.

Our waitress Sandy was amazing and attentive to our needs!! 5/5 food that was delicious and at a reasonable price. Will for sure be back.

OMG that was a great place.especially with the new ac.good bacon.when I was in there it was so empty me and 4 other friends from church were in a booth.my upon I think they need plastic wrap for the cups.very cold

I believe our servers name was sandy. But after paying out our check. I could hear the servers all gossiping negativitly how much the tip was. Which was over 20%

The food was sooooooo good! And the price ?. IHOP and Denny's have NOTHING on Greyhound Family Restaurant. We got full meals and extra sides for under $20 each. It was easy eating here being gluten free The service was excellent too. Amazing!

I always enjoy going to this diner for breakfast! The employees are always kind, the food is quick, reasonable prices, and if you enjoy Pokemon GO it's also a Pokestop!
