“Went to Shippensburg for a concert and chose El Mariachi to eat at. It has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Once seated, our waiter was quickly at the table. The food was outstanding. I ordered the Arroz con Pollo and my wife the Tacos de Pollo Asado. I will definitely go back next time in town.“
“This restaurant has exquisite dishes for your palate, the entire menu is delicious, very good service, very friendly and very clean. I love the food here. I highly recommend it. I am sure it is one of the most delicious meals I have enjoyed in Chambersburg pencilvania. You will be surprised by everything you see. your palate can taste ?And the food is very cheap, quite economical and it's worth it, enjoy itYou too have an incredible experienceKid-friendliness: CompletelyWheelchair accessibility: Yeah“
“The staff was super friendly! The lobby was the cleanest I've ever seen any fast food restaurant! Granted, I went late, around nine at night, the workers could've been tired and ready for the day to just be over with as this location is rather busy especially throughout the day with the Students from the University so to see them with good attitudes made my day!“
“Have eaten here several times now and the food and service have always been top notch. Discovered the place by accident but am so happy I did. Love their traditional tacos the most, but everything I’ve tried has been great. A no frills atmosphere with a few tables alongside the building for outdoor eating when the weather is nice. Staff are all terrific and when I leave, I’m already looking forward to my next visit!“
“Excellent Mexican food! Reminded me of some of the local Mexican restaurant's in San Diego.Update - Just went back after two years since I'm not from the area. The place was packed and the food was really fresh and very good. I've included a photo of my pork carnitas which were exceptional. Really reminds me of the outstanding Mexican food found in SoCal!“
“A rare find of excellent choices for food. We tried the special: machete and tamales. Both taste amazing! The drink that contains rice and cinnamon complement the food so well! Chocoflan is much better than I expected, egg custard tastes so creamy and rich. Everything we had is outstanding! We’ll be back when we’re in town next time!“
“Everything was absolutely impeccable. The booth was comfy. My tea never ran out. The server was incredibly attentive and on task with a cheery smile. I got the steak ranchero, and it was absolutely fanominal! Also, the salsa was perfect, and the chips warm.“
“I was very happy when we order our food I don't have to weight hour to get it. It was good and hot. Some time I was there the food was burnt like the green pepper tomato steak. I told the person they made other one for me. It was done right. The rest of our party was all done eating. This was upset for me.Wheelchair accessibility: It's nice with my bad legs cellulitis and blood clots in my leg was off my leg s 4 years now I can go out too eat.its nice to find a parking spot yes I do have a sign that I can park there.“
“I read a review for this little place and didn’t feel like cooking for the crew tonight- so I ordered a feast “to go” thinking there would be leftovers- two little sauce packets were all that was left, after hiking, bowling and soccer games the family demolished everything in the to go containers-and there was a lot-very tasty, very nice staff-metered parking right on Main Street right outside the restaurant, affordable dinner for a family our size on the run- we will be back, thank you!Second visit back for lunch - chicken tacos just as good as the first visit!“
“Every single time I have ordered food from here, it blows me away! The consistency time after time is awesome! I’ve had from the burritos and birria tacos to the bowls and chips with tri dips. It’s awesome! They will forever have my business. When you order extra toppings through online ordering (comes at a cheap up charge compared to other places) they hook you up! The fresh salsa and queso are the most authentic I have ever had. I love this place!Vegetarian options: They could accommodate no meat friends! Perhaps burritos/bowls with everything but meat. Plus awesome no meat sides!Parking: It’s paid street parking but if you online order you can pull up into a spot that’s only a few steps away from the entrance and grab you food and go without having to pay the meter. If you go on the weekend that street parking will probably be taken but you can pull into the church parking and grab and go. Off street parking can be found in lots around a few block radius of the building. Doesn’t belong to the restaurant but you can find parking easily.“
