Placed order online and made a mistake so i called the store spoke to manager she said I can't change order so I said just cancel it I wasn't rude to her ,so I went back online reorder with in 5 mins they cancel my 2 order. So I called the online 1800 number and told her what happen and she called the store with 5 min she got back on the line and said that the store manager canceled my order because I ordered with a credit card and didn't leave a tip for the driver but I never leave a tip on my credit card I tip the driver with cash .so I been a regular customer with store for years and tip in cash.The manager at this store (her) don't have a name is very unprofessional and is refusing to service the stores owners customers all
Because I didn't leave a tip on my credit card. BECAUSE I TIP IN CASH NOT ON MY CREDIT CARD .FYI if you order online and this Manger (her) is working she will cancel your order if you don't leave a tip on your credit card . My question to Papa Johns why would a Manager care what I'm tipping anyway? that's none of (her) business what I tip by the way the driver would have gotten a $15.00 dollar tip on my $22.00 order...let that sink in (her) store manager)...

I'm a disabled veteran that works a 12hr night shift and made an order at 6:50 pm for a 9:45 delivery. At 10:45 I made my 3rd call about my order and was told there were no drivers. I should have been advised of the driver issue when my order was placed rather than letting me hang. Now I have to finish a 12 work shift with nothing to eat and wait days for my money to be put back on my account. Management wasn't even going to call me for yet another 10 minutes (just before closing). Very poor management decision making.

Don't place orders for delivery they change delivery times due to lack of drivers and deliver food that had been sitting for hours. Told me they were refunding my delivery. Food wasn't great, have ordered there before and had great food. Will find another place for future pizzas

This is the first time ordering from papa John's in about 15 years. Prices are way to high for the quality of the food. Ordered 4 pizzas and paid a little over 100 for the thinest, dryest and most skimpy pizzas we've ever had. Sorry we won't be back..

We were excited about the epic garlic crust. When we got it home the crust was dry. Wasn't very epic. We also got the Calzone bites they were raw in the middle. Wasn't worth the $50 we spent.

I tried calling to order before arriving but no one answered the phone. Then when I got there I was told it would be an hour for a walk-in order. It was suggested I order through the app to get it quicker. It took forever to use the app because I have never ordered through the app before. While I understand that technology is a way to make things easier it did not help me this night. I wish the staff would have just taken my order right in the store. The staff seemed uninterested in helping anyone who did not already order through the app. If this is how they would like to do business than post that on the establishment.

The pizza was pretty dry, and there wasn’t cheese like there usually is. I’m not sure if they were having a bad night, but it’s pretty disappointing when you spend over $40.00 to get this quality.
