I never go to Starbucks but my daughter has been asking to go. We were in Shippensburg to do some shopping at five below and Marshall's, so I thought why not. My daughter was so happy and surprised.I thought I would try the Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte. I told the guy "ICED" three times and he kept saying that Iced and Cold Brew were different. I said yep they are.He gave my daughter her refresher, and then gave me my drink.IT WAS A HOT LAVENDER OATMILK LATTE!!!Needless to say we will not be returning. I understand mistakes happen, and newer people struggle ( not sure if he was new or not), but if I tell you Iced THREE times, and receive a hot drink then there is a problem.

I gave specific details about a previous bad experience with a poorly made flat white earlier in the morning to the cashier who took my order. She relayed the information to the barista who then took extra care to ensure my flat white was made correctly.It was! I told him “good job”And I appreciate them taking the feedback and ensuring the flat white was made appropriately and not like a latte.Also, the bathroom was clean, the setting up to date and they even had games and a little book shelf.Well done.
