Ordered a burger from them. I was watching them fill the bag with my food. I observed them taking a burger out of the microwave and put it into my bag. I didn’t say anything and we left however I did call back to ask him about microwaving burgers. She informed me it is corporate procedures to melt the cheese. I have never seen a fast food restaurant do this before. One lady on the phone refused to talk to me and head to the phone to another lady. She kept making smart remarks...read full review
