Kwik Shoppe Drive In

loved the customer service. Immediately felt welcomed when the boy up front Austin greeted me and politely welcomed me to the kwik shoppe. Good stuff cheap.

Had a burger and fries while there.The burger was great but the fries were a little overdone.

I had a great experience at the Kwik Shoppe thanks to Austin! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service. Austin went above and beyond, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area—ask for Austin!

Food is not great. No sourkraut, no chilie. Offered bq something for hotdog tasted like dog food. Food handling bad. Ice cream section cashiers went from register to ice cream. The food place fries almost burnt. The combo fryies r the same as small, i believe. It's just not good but semi clean. Soup im almost 99 percent NOT HOME MADE. Iguess mi i golf good for kids. STAY AWAY FROM BQ ANYTHING EWWWW

Have been going to this place since I was a little girl- for over 40 years. Always loved their ice cream. However, they have too many unsupervised young people working there now. My order either gets messed up or the service is just really bad. We stopped in tonight and I ordered a med cone and clearly got a very small (which would’ve been fine but we were charged for a medium). The girl who took our order and the one who served the ice cream were talking to each other the entire time and not paying attention to customers. Did not greet us. Did not say thanks. I remember the service use to be so friendly and attentive. Will continue to go there as it’s nostalgic to me but hoping for eventual better service.

Loved it! Always passed this place, always thought about trying it. Stopped by with the kids today and it will definitely be my new spot! Friendly staff, fantastic pricing and really good variety of food.

They were ready for us as we walked in the door. Two young blonde haired girls,and definitely need to be trained on customer service as far as personality. They were ready and waiting on us, but there were no smiles. There was nothing outside of getting our food and giving it to us. I am huge on customer service. The food can be good, but if the customer service as a whole is not, then I don't return. Had not been here for about 20 years, was in the area, and I decided to stop in. Probably not the same owners because it was very friendly before. The food was decent. They had some good options for ice cream and ice cream products, I probably would have got some, but I was too far from home, and it would have melted. Other than the girls not being very personable, I would recommend it to others who may not mind that. I'm not trying to be mean, but after 40 yrs in customer service, I know what is needed. And that can make or break a business. There are smaller booths inside and there are some tables outside with umbrellas.

This place has dole whip (sometimes) the only other place that has this other than Knoebels. Usually there is only a select flavor, and I always stop when I drive by and see it on the sign.

Butter pecan ice cream was terrible. Obvious that it was old as every bite tasted like ice crystals. Will not get ice cream there again.
