Rita’s Italian ice is so good. I haven’t been here since I was a kid and totally forgot how good their Italian ice is my kids also got to try for the first time and ate the whole Italian ice. Will definitely be back sometime. The only thing is yeah, they’re a little overpriced, but it could be worse and with how good the Italian ice is. I’d say it’s worth it, especially when not one bite gets wasted. We definitely will have to try their milkshakes and ice cream sometime...

Rewards system is not working. They said the scanner wasn't working so they had to use my phone number. Last 2 visits did not show in my rewards. Rewards justify a weekly ritas visit.

Really impressed with the customer service at Rita’s. The staff is young, but they’re super hardworking and professional. They kept things moving quickly, handled everything with a great attitude, and made the whole experience feel easy and pleasant. It’s refreshing to see a team that puts in the effort and takes pride in what they do.
