I was there today around 1:00. The girl behind the counter seems to be alone. There were a ton of orders on the screen, and she let me know my order would be a bit and offered me a refund. I told her I didn’t mind waiting. I was having an awful day - but seeing how calm she stayed despite how many orders there were , and customers she was dealing with, and she did it with a smile and so calmly.
