My friend and I came here, ordered 4 lattes and went next door to the grocery store to shop. While in the store, I bumped my latte with my elbow and knocked it on the floor. I felt like a child who had just lost their balloon. It literally brought tears to my eyes as I watched my coffee run down the drain.
My friend encouraged me to go back to 7 Brew and just ask if there was anything they could do.
I went back over, explained the situation, showed them the pic, and they were so amazing about it! I was so embarrassed, but they were so empathetic and made me a new one!
