On new years day I bought 5 ice creams and they were sadly sour. Rough start... I went the following day to report it and the manager Dan was there. He explained what happened and was so refreshingly honest and made them all again so willingly that all was made right. The ice cream was fixed. My husband revisited today because it was so good.
