I order the same coffee every time I go here and I never know what I'm going to get. Just left there now there was two kids in there running the store they had all the outside lights off trying to act like the store was closed cracking jokes when I walked in. Girls in there are more worried about their Oscar the grouch eyelashes than anything else

They didnt put the lid on my moms coffee and it was blazing hot. She went to sit in the car and it caved in and spilt all over her lap. She was in so much pain and the employees did nothing to help her. No one come here please its not ok

Went to pick up a prepaid order for one coffee and, after navigating dense traffic and waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru, they refused to hand me my coffee unless I physically entered the store. Why? So I cancelled and will never be returning.

Last time: Horrible attitude at drive thru for no reason while ordering 2 simple items.

The entrance is a bit tight to navigate. Plenty of parking once in the lot. I took advantage of the $6 deal.
My coffee was made correctly.
The bagel, egg, bacon and cheese was just barely warm. The hash browns were room temperature. So that was a bit of a disappointment.
The staff was friendly and the tables were clean.
Just an ok stop at this DD.

The stores in my area were all sold out of the Halloween Munchkin buckets so since this store had them i drove 35 miles to get one for my grandson and when I got there I was told that they wouldn't sell me one because they already sold a certain amount that day...she told me to come back the next morning and they'd sell me one then 😡 no way was I driving there again, the literally had them sitting right there!!
I contacted Dunkin and they requested the franchise owner to contact me but they never did...how pathetic.
I will never go there again.

Always good. Pumpkin spice iced latte. 2 orders of hashbrowns. My regular. Sometimes it takes too long but mostly it's not bad. This is the one on pricetown rd. Oley next to giannottis

They somehow always forget the sugar in the iced coffee and this isn't really a complaint but you guys have to figure out a way of notifying the customer that something is sold out on the app. I don't always want a replacement and it sucks getting an attitude because I asked for a refund.

I had a mobile pickup scheduled this morning. I arrived 2 minutes before this time due to traffic being in my favor and was told I had to go around and get back into line as it was 2 minutes before my scheduled pickup time. I couldn't cancel my order at the window because I used the mobile app. I couldn't cancel on there, because it wasn't 6 minutes before the pickup time. I had to call customer service. They couldn't see my order but could tell me exactly how much I needed refunded for without me telling them all that was on my order🤦‍♀️ Safe to say, I will not be going back.
