Maybe it was me, but Iove the burgers & ff at 5 guys in CABELA'S mall off of 61. It was still great, but the ff were over done and the burger not so juicy.

Five Guys is always a win. They made fresh fries for us and fresh buns. They also gave us a milkshake that was a mistake on a to go order. Love the service and love the fries!

Amazing customer service- my order was wrong so I went back to have it corrected and the manager on for the night made sure everything was remade exactly to my specifications. She was absolutely great and I really appreciated her making sure my order was exactly what I wanted.
Last time here I was doing a review of a grilled cheeseburger for social media vs wayback. Got home bread was burnt. Brad told me come back another day if you want will make you another. Here I am eating my fries and having a drink waiting on my burger needless to say I had to return it even more burnt than last time how can you not see that your about to give this to a customer this way. Unreal so I wasted my time again to give you more money and no burger. Exeter makes an excellent grilled cheese burger. Guess I'll have to go out the way or as my husband would say go to wayback, which are pretty good by the way flavorful and Juicey bread buttery grilled just right ;) Disappointed I must say.

Was in the other day during a rush and was greeted with a much longer then usual wait time for my meal. Now I can understand that when it's busy longer times are to be expected, but when you aren't able to serve customers because you didn't take the time to prep then that looks bad on your business. Also being rude to your employees isn't a good look either. One employee in particular, Brett or Brad I believe, couldnt really hear what he was called was being rather rude and condescending. Leaving other employees stressed out and panicked. Just didn't seem very professional to me. Hope to see a change next time I'm dining there.
