We eat at Salute often. We have never once had a bad meal. The food is fantastic! Drinks too! Service is always amazing.

Amazing food! We the grilled peach burrata appetizer,homemade pasta special of the day and pork entrees. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend!

Brought both my Mom and sister here for Mother's Day. First time here for all of us. I came in from out of town so I was relying heavily on previous reviews that gave Salute higher ratings in relation to other restaurants in the Italian Cuisine genre around this general area. Knowing how busy Mother's Day service can get I reserved for a fairly earlier hour (4:30 pm) and we ended up enjoying 2 hours there with great conversation and time savoring our meal during each course — a completely unrushed experience. Everything (service, food, overall value) was satisfactory or better. I was grateful for the special Mom's Day menu which seemed juuuust a tad on the pricy side, yet I wasn't surprised, since I perceived the selections to be “elevated” (if you will). Clearly, these were special occasion level dishes compared to what is normally offered on the everyday menu. Worth the overall happiness my Mom and sister had at the end of the day... and you can't put a price on that. Was born and raised in (Reading) and Berks County PA but since I'm not living here anymore, at least Salute is on my radar. I would even go so far as to say I can safely recommend it to those who do live nearby as a place they should at least try if they haven't yet done so. Well done, Salute! Thank you!

We were in town for the Jazz Festival and picked this restaurant based on previous reviews. It was fabulous. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was fantastic and the price for the quality of the food was unmatched. We were still talking about our dinner the next day. We will be back again - everyone in our party commented this restaurant will be added to our annual visit!

Always consider selecting new appetizers. Booths are comfortable & quiet. Crab stuffed shrimp with lobster risotto was exquisite. Chicken picatta always a favorite. Service staff is excellent.

A hidden little gem! Great food, service, and prices!! However, I was disappointed that they ran out of veal parm.

Was so excited to try this. And the food was good. Our waitress was great . The ambience was disappointing. But the strategy of sitting two couples at the same table on Valentine's Day does NOT work. Even if you put a big flower display on the table between them. I assume this is to get more people in. For a meal that cost as much as it did this is not okay.

Best Italian in the area and we visit NJ often so I've had good Italian. Owner is always there checking on customers. My favorite entrees are the Banzino with lemon risotto and the pork ribeye.

Wonderful service, owner is a very nice dude. The limencello shots were great and service was wonderful. Best Italian restaurant around.

Salute was recommended to me, and I couldnt have been more impressed. The food was fantastic and the service too-notch! We can't wait to go back again. I highly recommend!!!
