I’ve never had an issue at this location however, I ordered a Biggie Bag. Upon getting home, the jr. bacon cheeseburger (no cheese) was absolutely disgusting. The burger was drowning in mayonnaise. This is uncalled for.

Wait in the drive through to order, sat at the screen waiting for about 15 minutes. Then I ordered and the drive through attendant missed part of my order. Tried getting workers attention at the window and was completely ignored. Finally got someone's attention and was able to complete my order only to have to go inside because they still messed it up. Not sure what the issue is but the service was horrible.

We stopped to get the kids something to eat quickly, midday Saturday (8/24). There was no one there when we pulled in. I'm assuming due to short staffing we had to wait for our food. But it was worth it. All the food was hot and fresh. The people who were working were friendly and helpful. Probably the best Wendy's experience I have had in a long time! To whoever was working there that day, great job! Thank you for your service.

Wendy's restaurants are often pretty consistent in quality and service. This location is on par with that. I've been here a number of times when I'm in a hurry and they always do a good job. A four rating is about as high as I can give any fast food restaurant.

We went for a frosty and fries to treat my daughter who had never had the classic combo. I understand it was 30 mins till closing but ice cold fries. Wow. Complete lack of anything from the kids working the joint. It's my fault really. I expected standard service in a time when the standard is at the discretion of the one doing the task. Sad world we live in nowadays. Everyone wants everything for nothing. I just want what I paid for.
It's an okay fast food place. It can be quite expensive during surcharges. But I can say 5.00 biggie bags are always affordable, but through the day, the price surges change, and you will notice price changes when you go. But it's fast food . It's not a 5 star restaurant.
Order was all mixed up, my ghost reaper chicken burger was missing the pickles, they ended up on my friends hamburger instead. None of our sauces were delivered, no napkins, one of the meal combos was missing its fries, food was cold.
Worst of all, the receipt was incorrect considering I was charged 83 (excluding tip) and the receipt said 56.50.

Consistently wait around 15-20 mins. Actually typing this as I am waiting not sure what is going on in there but it’s basically nothing because it isn’t fast food. I can go to my local sit down Italian restaurant and get served a full pizza faster. Good food but terrible timing and service.
