After a brief call to the pub, they were able to accommodate a large party at short notice. Staff is friendly and professional. The food is always superb!
Food was great as usual and the server was very attentive. Always a good place to get a great meal.
I heard about North Country Brewing in 2003-4 when it first opened. The history of the building is as great as the food! A former funeral home/coroner's office turned into an on site brew pub N.C. has all the bases covered! Today we had everything from surf n turf to burgers and Caesar salad. The beer and spirits selection is incredible. Oh and speaking of spirits...the stories of friendly (and some not so friendly) ghosts are incredible! The staff are friendly and professional, creating a positive environment, though the bar staff can sometimes be rude and unhelpful. Service can sometimes be slow, especially when the restaurant is busy. The pub is a great place for celebrations, as visitors have celebrated birthdays there with their families and children. The brewery is known for its good beers and great food, and the atmosphere is friendly and gracious. Some areas can be very cold, and smoking is allowed on the outdoor patio. Overall, North Country Brew Pub provides a pleasant dining experience with good food, good people, and a cozy atmosphere.
