Went in at first old lady nice took my order everything was fine i ordered a ranch turkey bacon meal with a large strawberry lemonade and a buff chicken slider as i took a drink of the lemonade all i could taste was syrup STRAIGHT SYRUP YUCK! so i dumped it out and asked for a new cup told her it was too sweet and she kinda laughed about it then and im sitting there watching them make the food they have NO GLOVES ON MAKING MY FOOD HANDS ALL OVER IT WITH A CUT ON THEIR HAND !! THATS INSANE YALLL NEEED TO DO BETTER PEOPLE PAY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR THIS FOOD IF YOU DONT WANT A PAYCHECK GO HOME !!!! Someone who cares will make my food BIG L FOR ARBYS

The lobby was dead only because we came so early around 11 and it was clean, bathrooms are always acceptable. Customer service was personable. An older white woman in a sling on her right arm greeted us upon entering and even gave us a tip on our order. Very nice and respectful woman. I got a bacon swiss chicken sandwich and it delivered.
