i don’t know her name but there was a young lady who took me and my boyfriends order and after a long day she made my day. super sweet and made the visit worth it. arby’s food is always gross but from her it was awesome. Manager seemed kind of rude and was on her phone though.

The 🍟 was cold, the roast beef was hot, and the drink had moor ice, then drink. No napkins or condiments in the bag. Maybe good if you get it for there but to go no it wasn't good.

The food was excellent, service was great and they were very friendly. We got the family meal deal and it was well worth it. Brandi, Kayla and Kenny are a great team and they create a happy atmosphere. Arby's is lucky to have them as employees.
Clean and friendly. It's not often that you can engage a fast food worker these days and they will respond and be friendly but this was one place where I was glad to have been able to have a conversation with not only the person who took my order but her manager as well. Makes all the difference when on a long trip.

Dude in kitchen using profane language, wiping his nose and making food with his bare hands. No gloves. Food was not hot . Nasty bathrooms with no paper towels. Broken chairs in dining room. Whole place was old and discusting.

Employees are great at making you feel welcome and appreciated. They always get your order right and you can tell that they have been given the tools and training needed to do their job correctly. No strange staring at the register trying to figure out how to enter an item. The food is always made fresh, hot and delicious. For quick serve food in Somerset, this is only restaurant we go to. By far the best Arby’s we have eaten at in the TRI-STATE area.
