The lobby was dead only because we came so early around 11 and it was clean, bathrooms are always acceptable. Customer service was personable. An older white woman in a sling on her right arm greeted us upon entering and even gave us a tip on our order. Very nice and respectful woman. I got a bacon swiss chicken sandwich and it delivered.

i don’t know her name but there was a young lady who took me and my boyfriends order and after a long day she made my day. super sweet and made the visit worth it. arby’s food is always gross but from her it was awesome. Manager seemed kind of rude and was on her phone though.

The food was excellent, service was great and they were very friendly. We got the family meal deal and it was well worth it. Brandi, Kayla and Kenny are a great team and they create a happy atmosphere. Arby's is lucky to have them as employees.

It's not often that you can engage a fast food worker these days and they will respond and be friendly but this was one place where I was glad to have been able to have a conversation with not only the person who took my order but her manager as well. Makes all the difference when on a long trip.
