“Parking: Large parking lot, plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: Kids menu & they treated my grandson goodWheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility.”
“Decent pizza for the price.Very small "Large", which doesn't even fill the box, awkwardly cut into child-sized slices.Very nice staff.Parking: Shared parking with neighboring business.”
“This was our first time with this American dinner style chain restaurant and we really enjoyed it. The food was very tasty, more than fair portions, and very reasonable prices. We would definitely consider this chain next time we encounter them.”
“We are from Philadelphia Pa and Captiva Island Florida…must say the food here is 5stars…a true gem find in Somerset Pa…will definitely come back to this restaurant when in the area again..”
“Best brisket I've had in many years.Tender, juicy and perfect smoked flavor. Also, the staff was extremely friendly. When I first ordered they said they were only doing chicken but if I didn't mind waiting they had brisket frozen. I waited and it sure was worth the wait!”
“Friends that I was with stopped here because they liked the beer selection, especially what's on tap. They did have a good selection for mixed drinks as well. The menu... Was like of all over the place. Nothing was bad, but they did for example have a ramen that was more like the ramen you'd get in a packet than that from an Izakaya.. which, what did I expect, but also what's it doing on the menu then. My friends seemed happy with their more traditionally bar food selections of pizza, cheese fries, and the like although the pizza order wasn't exactly what was ordered. I didn't get to see the downstairs area, but the main floor was just kind of meh, it looked kind of like a decent dive if that makes sense, but there wasn't a lot interesting to look at either. Bartenders were nice, and owner was also very talkative and nice. There is plenty of parking.”
“Just enjoyed "Spring in Your Step" cold pressed juice and a loaded avocado toast for a late morning meal. Everything tasted fresh and vibrant. The in house pickled onions were a real treat on the toast!”
“Recently went for wine ? tasting at this venue. First I would like to say staff were very welcoming & accommodating. A local band was scheduled for that date who played a plethora of music genres. The population there were very friendly as well. Price point for their wines was affordable as well as the souvenirs and food. Plenty of parking available. I Highly suggest a visit to them.”
“What a great little place to spend an afternoon. Had breakfast for lunch that was perfect. I tell myself every time I am there that I should go more often. I am going to hold myself to that ”
“This place is an absolute delight. The food is some of the best I've had, always greeted by someone who is extremely polite. If I was able to give them more than five stars, I would have. The price of everything is very reasonable, I've dined in and have had take out.”
“Best pizza for the price. Not many places to still find a $5 lunch option that tastes good and is a large portion. Plan my days in Somerset around their daily pizza specialty options.”
“The service was great. Our server was so nice. The food was ok, but fried rice was lacking veggies and meat. Sushi servings were very low compared to most restaurants. Altogether for the low price of about 11-15$ it was very ”
“I really enjoy eating here. It’s a small local restaurant that isn’t chain owned. The sandwiches don’t come with a side, which is a little disappointing for the price. But the food is good and if someone else’s paying, it’s no biggie! Service is ALWAYS great here. No matter the time.”
“My husband and I love Em’s! We both lived in Johnstown years ago and we loved Em’s in the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s.We were thrilled to find Em’s in Somerset five years ago, and we go every time we visit.”
“There's not a better breakfast in Somerset for the value. Their sausage alone is worth the stop. Portions are bountiful, service is always efficient and that says alot about a place that usually has a line outside waiting to eat.The Diner experience is still very much alive in the Laurel Highlands because of this timeless treasure of deliciousness.Their burgers are great as well. And their dessert offerings will have you coming back for more!!”
