“Great Staff! So attentive and friendly. Its been a huge dissapointment of being kicked out of eveywhere I sit for two seconds and alot of "not being good enugh" or "treated like trash" feelings from people who ...at that moment... have nore than me, materialisticly at least. I did not realize that people could be so cruel. That being said and I ll keep it brief. McDonalds' has been the one bright spot over the last 10 days that was always there for me to get a warm coffee or a place to sit for a min without being run of like some "less-than" human. The staff is full of people from different backgrounds and all ages but seem to mesh together an def. get the job done with respect to the customer being a top Priority. There's always great food, but always better people. Very spectacular customer service. McDonald's workers are the best when it comes to customer sevice experiences, compared to other fast food retailers. They offer great prices, that enables everyone to purchase their items. Best restaurant to take your kids at. All in all, my experience at McDonalds has always been A plus never the less.“
“I have a 4 star because I bought a lot of items today and they couldn’t bag it up. I asked for a bag and they out two items in the bag. Not sure how one person can carry 7 items separately. I think someone should give them big enough bags for half dozen donuts 25 munchkins 3 avocado toast ( which are boxed separately. 2 orders of mini bagels. One ice coffee. I spent over 40.00 on this food. When I asked for a bag the did put two toasts in the bag which made them a mess before I got them home. Because in the box they are laid flat and they put them in the bag upright so the toast was flopping onto the lid. The picture from my car was after they put the two toast in the bag. Please get bags big enough for items so they don’t get messed up in little paper bags. Plus carrying all these items into the house with out a bag was a challenge.“
“The downtown McDonald's is slow, the staff is slow and if robotics are ever activated at a McDonald's this would be the first one I would try it at. If it was not close by I would never stop here. In fact I'm embarrassed that it is the introduction to my community being the first eatery off the Turnpike. My advise to Turnpike travelers go to the second traffic light turn left and go to Wendy's.“
“6 am, Friday morning - they’re open, the coffee is hot and the doughnuts fresh, and two very pleasant and efficient young ladies are working. Looks like whatever issue caused all the one-star reviews has been addressed - very positive experience.“
“A perfect spot for some food, coffee, and browsing of very cool things for sale around the shop. Everyone who works here is amazing. The first time I walked in they made me feel like I have known them my whole life. I had also never had a cake-pop before, now I don't know how I lived without them.“
“This Starbucks has the most friendly employees around! Everyone is incredibly nice, show care towards every drink and don't hesitate to chat about whatever if you simply strike up a conversation! Of course, the coffee isn't exactly amazing, but the real reason to go is for the people, and the specialty drinks like the Fraps and Refreshers. Overall, this location is incredible, and there should be more spots with this kind of customer service and respect.“
“I’ve always liked going to this Starbucks, it’s so convenient! The employees are always friendly and even when they are busy, they still keep a quick pace! I love looking at all the pretty cups they have for sale while I wait! My favorite cup I own from Starbucks is the Pennsylvania themed one (which I included a picture of)! They also have nice gift card designs as well, I got one with a cute penguin on it as a Christmas gift for a friend!“
“You would think... How can a Starbucks in a Target be better than a Corporate location? Trust, it is! It's so much better! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they remember the regulars and their drinks! The drinks are always on point and so much better than the Corporate store in Uniontown. Yeah, you give up the option to order ahead in the app... but it is 100% worth it! I'll come to the Target Starbucks location every time! When a customer will give up order ahead and drive thru because the people, service, and products are so great... that's huge! By far, the Best Starbucks in the area!!!“
“This place was a welcome relief from PA Turnpike food! I'd give it 5 stars just for that and would definitely go again. Our smoothies were a lot of ice and low on taste and knowing this would affect how I'd order next time. Loved all the "green" decisions with paper straws, keto & GF food and juices but would love to see food and drinks in recyclable co trainers vs plastic.“
