“I never thought a trip to Wendy’s could be this epic, but then Savannah happened. This girl was a superhero in a red Wendy’s visor. Not only did she hand me the crispiest fries and a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, but she also spotted my cat, who had wandered off in the parking lot. “So you're just thinking this is a normal, run-of-the-mill Subway, right? That would be correct but it's execution is done perfectly! First, you'll notice the store is clean, orderly and well balanced. It has the early 2000's vibe with the tan brick wallpaper. I also enjoyed the assortment of canned and bottled beverages you do not normally see.

Next, the server, Maddox, was professional, appropriate and expeditious. He made the sandwiches quickly, accurately and gave the appropriate portions. He did not skimp like some other places do. He followed all appropriate hygiene requirements without issue.

Finally, the bathrooms - a bit weird to post but they were actually clean and in working order. I cannot tell you how many times you grab a quick bite and the restaurant, especially the bathrooms are atrocious.

I spoke with Maddox after the fact regarding a customer who came in after me regarding an online coupon. He attempted to do everything he could but was unsuccessful. He did communicate it clearly that there is a disconnect between corporate-level coupons from online and what can be accepted in the store. Again, he was professional, articulate and as helpful as he could be.

Next time I stop through Somerset, I would definitely come back.“

“I won't even go to the other McDonald's in Somerset because of how bad it is.

This place has staff that know what they are doing and can give you a product that you won't vomit up later unlike the other place in town.

Have had wonderful service for the past 3 years of personally ordering myself and getting food.

We swapped drinks she drank the water I drank the chocolate milk, she helped eat the chips and she wasn't allowed to have the cookie, due to the chocolate chips. She loved her turkey sub! “Never have I ever been to any restaurant as friendly, happy, and caring as Five Guys in Somerset, PA. Although I have not eaten inside yet, they are always happy, joking around, and friendly with me. Food is delicious as always with five guys. I just got off work as a CNA in a nursing home and they really made my day. Every single worker wished me a Merry Christmas or a Happy Holidays and wished me a safe drive home. Couldn’t ask for better people! For anyone who has not eaten here, their servings are quite large: burger=2 patties, little burger=1 patty, little fries=medium fries at other places, so you definitely get your moneys worth!“
