We Orderd the pretzel nuggets they looked burned but I tried one and yes they tasted burned. I asked for a new batch and they said “i will try” and have me another batch that was burnt. She threw the ones away and didn’t offer anything else or a refund. The person behind me ordered something and their attitude towards them away ride. Why put out a subpar product?

Rachel decided to treat my husband with the utmost disrespect when he was simply asking about the various types of pretzels, as he’s never been to Auntie Anne’s. Surely we know to never patronize this location nor company ever again.

They gave me cold pretzels and then I went back and asked if I could get another one. They touched it with their hands and gave me another one that was cold rude customer service overall don’t go

Pretzels and Pretzel dog minni's were awesome! The staff however need to have training on customer service. There were only 2 in line I thought oh will go fast. 2 workers behind the counter. Neither acknowledged us in any way, just looked up at the line then looked back down. I assumed one of them was getting the order ready for the first person in line. Not! Finally the one of them came to the register. They were not friendly either. Neither cracked a smile.

I’ve never seen a pretzel look like corn bread and have a soft texture on the outside same as corn bread.Whoever made this mornings batch of bites clearly made them wrong but is still selling them. Poor supervision. The younger lady was nice. The older lady was very rude.

Pretzel dogs had completely raw dough surrounding the pretzels. The pretzel nuggets were square shaped, wet, barely cooked and still tasted like baking soda. This place is horrible!!

Over priced, greasy and half my order was stale/old. Charges extra for sauce and doesn’t even have ketchup while selling hot dogs. They didn’t offer mustard so who even knows.
We always expect the prices to be higher at rest stops-understood. I didn't know it at the time, but I had clicked a 15% one-time BK deal on my credit card site, so that was fortunate. I had a Whopper Jr. and Fries and the two other adults ordered a Whopper and Fries. Both commented on how large the burger was and how good it was. The food was hot and done well. our three-year old traveler loved the paper crown and prize in the meal, and also was eating the food! My one complaint was that it was hard to navigate the sizes on the board, and the lady seemed impatient about it. It wasn't until I finally saw it and exclaimed that to her and when my husband said he was a former BK employee that we endeared her to us for our confusion. When people are traveling, please realize it's hard to navigate food signs and menus and if a traveler asks a question, he/she could just be tired. It can be dicey out there on the Turnpike sometimes!

Driving through and chose this specific exit for gas because of the auntie Anne's. It was the only place closed in the whole truck stop. Wack.
