Seem to be in violation of health laws. Male server handled food and money, didn't use gloves, had dirty fingernails, touched the rim of the hot drinks containers.

Ask the girl upfront if I could get a milkshake. She looked into my eyes and said No her and all of the other employees have sore arms today and also there is a blender down…. Never in my life have I ever heard of an excuse not to work. I was the only one in line too.

My husband and I had stopped there for the first time to get a milkshake there was no line stood there for five minutes one girl came up and kept her back towards us didn't greet us or say can I help you or even a hang on it will be a min.then two other girls walked up looked right at us and didn't say a word ...I then said excuse are you open? The one girl said hatefully yes I'm busy ...very rude service so we left

Don't get your heart set on geting ice cream here. Hours are listed as 24/7, but when we got there at 845pm, we were told they had put all the ice cream away in the deep freeze. They said they usually do that at 10pm but that night they decided to do it early. Apparently they do whatever they please.

It’s quite frustrating when a service center is not open during its listed hours, and employees are unavailable. This reflects poorly on the establishment’s professionalism and customer service.Ensuring that listed hours are adhered to and staff are available is crucial for customer satisfaction.
Closed by 11am probably didn’t even open and I woke up at 730am and they still did not open apparently according to 7/11 staff do to Dunkin’ Donuts and baskin robins staffing they open whenever the hell they feel like it
