Most customers are using the drive thru however, I do both in and then take out. Unfortunately, the burgers are only slightly warm and not hot as, I think they're only microwaving the burger meat itself and by the time I eat inside too, frequently, it's become cold by the time I get my drink and sit down. As, I'm sure everyone can microwave the burgers at home this doesn't present a big problem for take out customers who appear to be driving home after work. When the burgers are hot the charbroiled flavor is more distinct and eating only warm to cold burgers isn't the same as hot ones.
Kid-friendliness: Yes as we know they still have those burger king crowns for the kids.

Conveniently located for a quick stop. Service is friendly enough; they just always make me wait in the parking lot for them to bring my food out. Kinda defeats the purpose of a drive-thru. Staff has forgotten and item or two from time to time. Not bad.

It use to be you order and drive around to the window and pay. NOW you go to the window and pay and they tell you to drive around to the parking lot and wait till they bring it and you wait. and it's not even busy. it's all the time like this. wth. why bother 😂 nothing fast it. the guy said it's their policy. no it's not no other Burger King does this

The dining area floor was dirty. It wasn't very busy while we were there, the staff had time to tidy up the dining room
Burger could have been warmer tasted great, but i like hot food hot. However, the pleasant staff and clean restaurant made up for it.

The restroom was a bit sketchy.
Parking: Parking was difficult because the drive thru was through the parking area. It was difficult to get out of a space when the drive thru was full.

Heard a worker in the back loudly saying slurs and being extremely hateful. Can't believe the low standards here. How can you expect to be the least bit respectable if your staff is so openly hateful? Can't remember her name but she was on older blonde lady with a snowflack tattoo behind her ear. Extremely disrespectful. I won't be returning.
