They got my order wrong so many times it's unreal. One time, I asked someone a question before I pulled out of the drive-through and the girl just walked away I said excuse me and she continued to avoid talking to me this place is just horrible.

Heard a worker in the back loudly saying slurs and being extremely hateful. Can't believe the low standards here. How can you expect to be the least bit respectable if your staff is so openly hateful? Can't remember her name but she was on older blonde lady with a snowflack tattoo behind her ear. Extremely disrespectful. I won't be returning.

Filthy absolutely filthy from dining room to bathrooms...which doesn't leave much hope for the kitchen as I saw the person sweeping touch my food without washing their hands and then I went to sit at a dirty table to go eat (they were all dirty).

So i love this bk but it's gone down hill was placing my order didn't ask if I wanted anything else just gave me my total before I was done ordering even said I wasn't done they ignored me at speaker and at window not happy no excuse for that behavior

I have been to this location 3 times since it opened. Each time the food was wrong or just horribly made, black hard burger patties and either rock hard or half cooked onion rings. Worst BK in the USA. Go to the one out 31.

Slow service, but the food was hot when we got it. They sent every car from the drive thru to park out front, then brought the food to is there. The problem was, they didn't know which food went to which car when they brought it out, so the employee had to ask each vehicle what they ordered. Not exactly an efficient process. Would have been much faster, I'm sure, if they just operated like every other drive thru in the world.
I would of gladly rated 5 stars but this business is overwhelmed with not having the proper amount of employees and let alone ones that know when food expires. However they listen,they care, and they try to right their wrongs. It's not like I want to bash them because they aren't that bad, they just need help and then this will be a 5erVegetarian options: Impossible Whopper is Vegan.Kid-friendliness: Crowns for kids, crayons for coloring, and usually not overly busy

Waited in line for 5 mins as I watched the staff handle the drive through. If there was a less of a score you would have it. I do not like BK that much anyway and your horrible service made me decide never to go to any BK's ever again. Thank you for the help.

I was there the other day and had the whopper combo and it did taste good but can u put more toppings on it? It barely had lettuce and a real thinly slice of onion I didnt think there was any on it and thin slice of tomato i would appreciate more toppings on it thanks
