Fries were literally crunchy in the middle. All this after I was told to "pull up by the yellow cones". Nothing is ever "fast food" at this location. It's bizarre. Try harder folks.

I ordered a spicy whopper meal. Was asked to pull up and wait. Over 5 minutes and there was no other business. A lady brought my food out, and forgot the drink. The burger had tomatoes, which I specifically asked not to have. No apologies given for the wait at all. What a trash establishment.

Everytime I have come to this location, the workers have a nasty attitude. They always pull you forward for food, and then you sit for 10+ minutes.. usually my order is missing something or wrong. Absolutely terrible customer service!

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here. Did a mobile order, they had me park and said they’d bring it out. Waited 20 minutes, brought me the wrong order. I went back to the drive through and told them. They took the bag and served it to the other car waiting, even though I just had that same bag. Seems very unsanitary. Girl at the drive thru gave me attitude about everything and had me repeat my order THREE times. To still be missing my son’s ice cream cone and all of our straws after 45 minutes, when I finally got my right order. Not coming back.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever ate at! We have gone back a couple times to give them another try to get it right, but they never do! The manager is a complete mess, she has no idea what she’s doing and she’s not the nicest person either. One lady working there kept complaining about how busy they were and how annoyed she was. When they gave my husband the wrong burger he asked for the right one and she rolled her eyes like it was his fault! They never remember to put the cheese on our sandwiches that we pay for, always give us someone else’s bag of food, we wait for 30+ minutes pulled up to the yellow poles… I will not be going back to this place ever again!!

I went to this burger King on July 4th, there was a lady working drive thru and I just want to say how nice she was. I wish I would have gotten her name. She brought out 2 crowns for my twins and made sure to let me know the nuggest were hot, so I knew not to give them to them right away. Kudos to you guys for hiring such a nice lady!

This is my favorite burger King. Everyone's always friends. The place is spotless and the food is always great. I usually get a rodeo burger but today I treated myself with the classic melt! It was one the best burgers EVER had.

Keep giving this place a try but they fail more then succeed. Most times our order is wrong especially if we go through the drive thru. Today we walked in and there was one couple waiting for their food and another older lady waiting to order. She had been waiting so long she kept having to sit down. We stood behind her waiting also. There was the manager sitting in the corner on her break. She saw us waiting and did nothing. No one even acknowledged that we were standing there. She finally finished her break and went in the back and walked around and took her time before finally taking the order of the poor lady in front of us. Waited forever for the food to come out.

This past Friday my family decided to eat at this Burger King. Never ever had a problem with any Burger King. Well the staff was friendly however my wife and daughter got a whopper jr with cheese, not to long after they ate that meal they both became ill. Tried to call and nobody answered the phone. My wife and daughter had food poisoning from this particular Burger King. I tried to call the store numerous times and nobody answered. I refuse to eat at this Burger King ever again.
