Made a mobile order and it wasn’t prepared until 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time which was 10 minutes after the order was placed. Was not acknowledged until the order was finally ready after 20 minutes. People were nice but service should be provided.

I recently visited a different Chipotle location, and the badly constructed burrito I received there immediately reminded me of all the great experiences I've had at the Somerset location. You guys are pretty great! And I think they have improved a ton since the opening - the opening was bad, particularly when I placed and paid for an online order and never received the food -- but those days are far gone. This is an outstanding location with very generous portions!!

Always great service any time I come here. Always clean, great workers. Forget the gentleman's name working today around 3:30, but was very quick, efficient, pleasant. Seems like they've hired good people since they opened. I stop here a lot after work.

I have avoided Chipotle for awhile now due to inconsistent quality and not great service. But we were traveling and I decided to give this location a try. Let me tell you, this location is AMAZING! The people were super friendly, the place was uber clean and the food was very higg quality! You can tell the owner/manager takes great pride in what they do and it shows. Keep up the great work!

As others have said, this location seems to have a lot of issues. I’m willing to put up with variances in portion size and a missing ingredient here or there in exchange for a little healthier fast food option. But the issues I’ve had at this store go well beyond that. Some of the highlights are: being given the complete wrong meal because the cashier couldn’t keep the bowls in order. Being charged for guac that was not requested or even put on the bowl (literally had to open the bowl and show the person that just made it there was no guac). But the one that takes the cake was when I was randomly charged $30 for what should’ve been a $12 bowl. And good luck getting support to help if you do have an issue, I had to file a dispute with my bank. If you do decide to eat here MAKE SURE you double check your order before you leave and ALWAYS get a receipt.

. I was so excited and eager to have a chipotle in the heart of SoCo. but every single time I have given it a chance I am so disappointed. Food is never fresh or stocked properly or fully. Come after 5:00pm? You only have lettuce and a side of salsa? It’s sad to not only pay a pretty penny for food & not get what you pay for but to also see any amazing opportunity for the community be going down hill in a short amount of time.
