Driver didn't knock on my door and they didn't even attempt to call my number. Just put my order on my porch and left. Then when I called the store and spoke to the manager he told me that it's normal for them to do that and made out to be my fault. Very disappointed in the service here

Second time in a row to give me a pizza that had toppings that I did not order. First one ordered mushrooms got pepperoni, second one ordered plain and got pepperoni. What if they have to sell more pepperoni then throw mine in trash. Greasy crap.

Lived in the area over 2 years and we didn't realize a Domino's was available for carry out. Tried it and it was wonderful! Great to have a better take out option!

Ordered a gluten free pizza and received a regular one. I noticed the issue when I got back to where I was staying. I called the store and was told it was a corporate issue and if I want a gluten free pizza I would need to reorder the pizza and pay again. Do not expect customer service.

Numerous problems with this establishment. My daughter and niece were once almost hit by their delivery car and I called and complained and had it was recorded on our neighbors ring footage. This claim was denied though we had footage! I calmed down and let it go because we moved and this was the only place that delivered to us at the new address. So we’ve ordered once a week or so out of convenience for a few years now. So today we were denied delivery and told it was out the delivery area due to new ownership and I was confused but recognizing what sounded like the same person from years ago when I reported an erratic driver answered the phone and claimed new ownership changed in the past week and they can’t deliver to our home anymore. I looked it up on the county website and ownership is still the same. Terrible customer service and even worse management it also seems like the staff has a high turnover and is a dime a dozen! We ordered there out of delivery convenience not out of quality of food because there is none. Worst pizza in town and always has been since the 90s anyway. Do yourself a favor and call mama Jo’s or Pizza Hut at least they advertise on their website the delivery restrictions. Dominos website complied with our address then staff day decides they don’t. Worst management ever! With mediocre food! I suppose they did us a favor and saved us money!
Dominoes wake up!! I ordered a large pizza a salad and 2 bottles of water. The pizza came alone. When I opened the pizza box, there was a small pizza inside the large pizza box. I called and told them . They replied, You ordered the new york pizza that's the way it is. I asked when is my salad and water coming. He replied. "I don't know". It came anhour later . The salad was so small a rabbit wouldn't get full from it. The pizza was boring with no flavor whatsoever. Order from Pizza hut instead. Good luck

Fast takeout service. Good time tracking screen tells you status of order. Mostly everyone getting deliveries. Easy parking. Clean tables. The only issue is that there is excessive noise such that you can't communicate. Friendly and helpful staff. Also, however as not uncommon with these pizza establishments is they push you to order more food however they alert you to a good price deal.
