If I could give it zero stars I would. The store was filthy there were no customers yet no cleaning was being done. The restroom was filthy as well. The service was mediocre at best. Cashiers did not smile or even say have a nice day.

Came do do a pickup for friends and to the woman at the drive thru window at the Somerset, PA Dunkin Donuts on 7/23/25 at 11:15 am, a huge THANK YOU for the great service and offering my little girl pup an extra treat to make her car ride extra special! Always got treated well here and I'm local, so I usually do come back.

I went to order a coffee through drive through. A very simple order black coffee with extra sugar. I got a coffee with cream and sugar not what I ordered. I went inside informed a worker of the error. Telling them I want a black coffee with extra sugar. Unfortunately they gave me a black coffee no sugar. How hard is it to make a simple order. It will be a long time before I go back. Not happy with service.

I don't know why so many bad reviews here. I have no issue with this place. Sometimes the music is too loud, but okay. The donuts are great, coffee is great, no issues with the workers. I like it here. Some folks need to chill I think.
