Staff was sitting on milk crates on cell phone while manager was sitting on a wheeled chair, eating while taking orders at the drive thru meanwhile I waited over 5 minutes for a bagel and treated ignorantly with remarks while the manager then chimed in with same ignorance. The place was absolutely disgusting. Filth all over the floor and counters.

"Training" is NOT an excuse for piss poor service and quality. The proper health department channels have been contacted along with the BBB and the POLICE since the employees and their friends have decided to harass me.

The free pup cups are awesome, our dogs love them. Staff is always friendly and great donuts of course also
Looked clean and like your average DD. Wide selection of donuts (if you get there early enough, as usual). The servers were polite.
Parking: The parking (and entrance) are in the back of the building. There is a drive through on the side of the building that you enter from the parking lot in front of the building.
Egg sausage croissant was fair. Croissant was overly toasted. Not enough help. Waited in line 15 minutes to order food. Should have went to the Pilot down the interstate. Food couldn't have been any worse.

I try to order a blueberry muffin every time I come here. 9/10 times they don’t have any and I arrive before 10:00 a.m. Any other Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to will have these all hours of the day, even late into the night. It’s very disappointing. They often run out of many other of the basic donuts which is disappointing for my little one when we come for a donut date each weekend.

Got a dozen donuts, 6 glazed and 6 chocolate sprinkled. Got 6 glazed and 6 old fashion plain ones. The girl taking my order said they had every donut but couldn’t tell me any of kinds. And on top of it. The total was almost 16 dollars for a dozen dry generic donuts. Right down the road homemade ones are 4.99 a dozen that are actually fresh and taste good. Never going back
